The Gossip Girl alum, 36, was makeup-free in a green and yellow striped top and jeans with a moss green jacket.
She carried a yellow and white striped handbag with brown leather handles.
The Age of Adeline actress wore her hair parted to the side and slightly unkempt.
The couple – who recently hung out with Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman at Bradley Cooper’s apartment – could be seen laughing together as they walked.

Ryan, 47, wore a plaid shirt and khaki pants with an army green jacket and gray beanie.
Blake even took the time to stop and pose for a photo with an excited fan.
The famous couple are parents to daughters James, eight, Inez, seven, and Betty, four. They welcomed their fourth baby in February, but have not revealed the gender or name of their youngest.

“I think it’s more about talking to them about everything,” the 46-year-old actor said People. ‘It is sincere when I say that I am very interested in their days and how they are going.’
The Free Guy actor explained that he and his wife place great importance on self-awareness with their children and taking time to share their days with them.
“For me, the best time of day is taking them to school and returning them,” he told the outlet.
“I think as parents we are so much better equipped now to deal with the hardships of childhood on our children than when I was a child.
‘It’s just completely different now. People are much more self-aware. And that’s what we hang on to the most: self-awareness with our children. Don’t be happy, be nothing, just be self-aware and welcome everything,” he explained.

During the event, Ryan also talked about how he and Blake have adjusted to being a family of six.
‘Everyone is doing great. Actually, everyone is doing great,” he said.
“I think if we hadn’t found out by now, we’d be in deep, deep trouble.”
He said their home resembles a “zoo,” adding, “It’s a zoo here. This is my office here and honestly, I’ll probably spend the rest of my life here!’
