There are “Botox face masks,” surgical tape hacks, and even facial yoga making the rounds as an anti-aging phenomenon.

But Linda Mitchell's method is of a completely different nature.

The 52-year-old, who is told her skin is “flawless”, actually fills in her lines with make-up pencils.

She calls it the “pencil trick” and says it will give you the effects of Botox in just a few minutes.

Using a white or flesh-colored beauty pencil, such as a lip liner or eyeliner, Linda draws over the creases of her forehead and then pats the product in with various blending tools.

She shared a real-time tutorial on TikTok.

“Take your pencil and just fill in the line,” Linda instructed.

“Once your line is filled in, take the foundation brush you used to apply your foundation and tap the crease for a while until the pencil fits in.”

Linda recommended using a nude beauty pencil that matches your skin tone, instead of a white pencil for a more effortless blend.

White and skin-colored pencils can be purchased for just €2.

That includes the Revolution Relove Kohl Eyeliner White in Superdrug and Collection Precision Kohl Eyeliner White in Boots.

After blending the pencil with a sponge, Linda recommended blending it out further with a beauty blender or makeup sponge.

“Keep looking in the mirror until you see that the line is completely pushed in,” she continued.

“Just keep pressing it until that line and white is gone.”

After the line has blended, Linda recommended setting the white or nude pencil line with a loose powder.

“Hopefully, if you did it right, the line would be less visible,” she said.

“And you give yourself a mini Botox with a pencil.”

The hack saved Linda hundreds of dollars on Botox or anti-wrinkle injections.

“I'll try that tomorrow, you're on to something,” one viewer commented.
