CBSE CTET January 2024 Registration: The registration process for the 18th edition of the Central suitability test for teachers (CTET) closes today, November 27, 2023. Aspiring candidates only need to apply online through the CTET website – ctet.nic.in. The Central Council of Secondary Education(CBSE) will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on January 21, 2024. CTET Jan Registration 2024: How to Fill CBSE CTET Application Form?

Due to large number of aspiring candidates applying for the CTET exam, the last date for submitting the online application has been extended to 27-11-2023 and the fee can be paid up to 27-11-2023 up to 11:59 PM o’clock. Check out the step-by-step guide on how to fill the CTET application form.

  • Visit the official website – https://ctet.nic.in.
  • On the home page, click ‘Apply for CTET-Jan 2024 (last date extended to 27/11/2023).”
  • Register yourself on the portal by providing basic information.
  • Complete the application form.
  • Upload the latest scanned photo and signature. Upload scanned photo and signature in JPG/JPEG format. The size of the scanned photo must be between 10 and 100 KB.
  • Pay the exam fees via debit/credit card and internet banking
  • Candidates are required to take the printout of the confirmation page and keep it for reference. The confirmation page does not need to be sent to the CTET unit.

The candidate has to enter his/her details i.e. name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth as per class X certificate. Please note that requests for changes in particular will not be accepted under any circumstances after the specified date for online correction has passed. No changes will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc.

CTET January 2024 Provide date and time of ticket issue

The Central Council of Secondary Education releases the admit card for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) two days before the day of the exam. The candidates are required to report to the Examination Center at 7.30 am for Paper – II and 12.00 noon for Paper – I i.e. 120 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate(s) who report to the examination center after 9:30 AM in PAPER-II and after 2:00 PM in PAPER-I will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The candidates are advised to read the instructions given in the admit card carefully and follow the same while conducting the exam.
