It is a classic chocolate treat loved by many.

But Toblerone can be a pain to deal with, with many struggling to break down a piece of the delicious Swiss chocolate when enjoying the popular snack.

But now a top chef has shared the proper way to break down triangles of the sweet treat, leaving many perplexed.

Chef Koudy, from the Czech Republic, revealed that the triangles must be pushed together and squeezed together before being broken down and eaten.

But with Chef Koudy’s method, it’s a matter of just placing your finger on the tip of the piece and instead of trying to pull the piece of chocolate firmly off the bar, he pushes it towards it instead.

On TikTok, the food influencer demonstrated that the bar was broken down piece by piece, so that you don’t end up with chocolate all over your hands.

“You know that Toblerone has to be pressed together to break?” he wrote in the caption.

The video has since been viewed nearly 50 million times and many have been shocked.

“Every day I learn new things,” one wrote.

However, many said they just bite right into the chocolate bar, while others worried about touching a piece of chocolate that you don’t eat.

“I personally eat it like normal chocolate,” one wrote.

“Shouldn’t we just take a bite?” said another.

The discovery comes after a 10-year-old boy shocked thousands of people after seeing a hidden symbol on the packaging of Toblerone chocolate bars that most people have never seen before.

His mother revealed that the boy saw a “secret bear” in the picture of the Swiss mountains to the left of the word Toblerone.

“My son had his first Toblerone today. “What’s the bear for?” Me: “which bear?” the woman, named Stephanie, posted online.

“I was a year old today when I found out there’s a bear in the Toblerone logo,” she laughed.

The original post was shared on Facebook in November, and it wasn’t long before thousands of people said they too had never noticed the bear.
