Cooking with the Stars 2023 Lineup: Full List of Celebrities on the Emma Willis Hosted Cooking Show

The third series of Cooking with the Stars kicks off July 4 with eight celebrities vying for victory.

Last year’s series was won by TV doctor Ranj Singh, with McFly drummer Harry Judd victorious in the first year.

Each episode invites a different professional chef to judge the celebrity’s efforts before eliminating one.

This year’s participants were announced in April.

Peter Andre

Singer and TV personality, 50

Peter Andre rose to fame as a singer in the 1990s, with his 1995 hit Mysterious Girl topping the charts, but will now be better known to many for his TV appearances.

In 2004, Peter starred in the third series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

He met his ex-wife Katy Price in the jungle and started the Katie & Peter TV franchise with her that year, which lasted until 2009 when they split.

He has since appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2015 and made a plethora of other British TV cameos.

Chris Eubank

Ex-pro boxer, 56

This year’s Cooking with the Stars also stars former WBO world middleweight champion boxer Chris Eubank.

He held the title, along with the super-middleweight crown, from 1985 to 1990, and was part of a boom in British boxing, fighting fellow Brits Nigel Benn and Michael Watson.

Eubank’s record at retirement was 52 fights, 45 wins (23 by KO), five losses and two draws.

His eccentricity has made him an enduring character within the sport and the British media surrounding it, especially now that his son – Chris Eubank Jr. – is an active professional fighter.

This isn’t the former boxer’s first foray into reality TV, having previously appeared on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity Goggle Box.

Samia Longchambon

Actress, 40

Samia Longchambon’s first major role was as Maria Sutherland in Coronation Street, which she has kept since 2000.

Elsewhere, she has made the occasional cameo appearance in series such as EastEnders, Doctors and Cracker.

Her husband is French skater Sylvain Longchambon, who was the actress’s partner in Dancing on Ice in 2013, and the two have a son named Yves together.

Samia was previously married to real estate developer Matt Smith, but the couple separated in 2011, with whom she had her first child – Freya.

Joanna page

Actress and presenter, 46

Joanna Page is best known for starring in the popular sitcom Gavin ad Stacey, which began in 2007.

Her iconic tones can now be heard on BBC One’s Shop Well for Less, which she has co-presented since 2021.

Born in Swansea, Joanna has also made notable appearances in Doctor Who as Queen Elizabeth I, and in Love Actually as Judy.

India Polak

Love Island star, 24

Indiya Polack is probably the contestant with the most recently born fame on the show.

She and Dami Hope, who are still together, finished third in Love Island’s series last year behind winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, and runners-up Gemma Owen and Luca Bish.

She was still a much-loved contestant on the series, however, and landed a regular spot on the Love Island Aftersun show for this year’s Love Island winter series.

Before her villa exploits and subsequent leap to fame, Indiyah was a hotel waitress but now has partnerships with Boots and PrettyLittleThing.

Clare Richards

Singer, 45

Claire Richards is one fifth of the British pop group Steps.

Claire, Lee Latchford-Evans, Lisa Scott-Lee, Faye Tozer and Ian Watkins formed Steps in 1997 and have since enjoyed two UK number one albums and sold over 22 million records worldwide.

Like many others in this cast, this is not Claire’s first TV appearance.

The singer was on Celebrity Big Brother in 2013, finishing fourth, and was a regular panelist on Loose Women in 2014.

Jason Watkins

Actor, 60

Award-winning actor Jason Watkins is taking a break from the screen and stage to be another one of this year’s Cooking with the Stars contestants.

First starring in EastEnders in the 1980s, Watkins has had a stellar career where you may have seen him play William Herrick in Being Human, Harold Wilson in The Crown or Gordon Shakespeare in Nativity.

He won the 2015 BAFTA Award for Best Leading Actor for his role in The Lost Honor of Christopher Jeffries.

Last Christmas he appeared in the BBC ghost story horror Count Magnus as Mr Wrexhall.

Matt Willis

Musician and actor, 40

Husband of host Emma Willis, Mathew, Matt, Willis is a celebrity in his own right, as a musician and actor.

Matt was the bass player in Busted, which broke into the pop-rock scene in the early 2000s.

He won the 2006 series I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! went solo the same year, before joining supergroup McBusted for their 2014 album.

Matt made his acting debut in 2014 when he starred in Birds of a Feather and EastEnders.

Who are the presenters of Cooking with the Stars?

Matt’s wife Emma will co-host the series with comedian Tom Allen.

Emma is a renowned presenter, having starred in numerous hit shows for over a decade, perhaps best known for her role as Big Brother and Celebrity Big Brother between 2013 and 2018.

Her co-host Tom is a familiar face of various comedy panel shows such as Mock the Week and 8 Out of 10 Cats.

He also has his own presenting experience, having seen The Apprentice: You’re Fired! in 2019, as well as filling in for Noel Fielding as host on The Great British Bake Off.

Where can you watch Cooking with the Stars?

Cooking with the Stars is every Tuesday at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.

Series 3 launches on July 4.
