Deborah Knight stepped out in Sydney on Saturday, two weeks after signing off from her final 2GB afternoon show after being made redundant.
The popular 50-year-old broadcaster looked dejected as she went for a walk alone in her local town.
Deborah was dressed casually for the outing in a pink T-shirt, a denim skirt and a pair of khaki sandals.
The former Today show host opted for a natural look as she went makeup-free and topped off her ensemble with a simple silver necklace.
She had tucked her glasses into the neckline of her T-shirt as she walked along the path before crossing the road.

Deborah presented her 2GB radio show for the past four years, but was reportedly fired due to weak ratings.
The broadcaster was ‘stunned’ by the news it received, the station reported The Sunday Telegraph.
Her salary was rumored to be $600,000 when she started the afternoon radio show in 2020 after being fired from the Today breakfast show.
But despite debuting with a stunning 11.4 percent audience share, she has since fallen to a record-low 6 percent share in the most recent survey.

After being fired, Deborah announced a big career move to her radio listeners last month.
The former Today star said she will become the ‘new national presenter of Money News’.
‘I’m taking a step back as host of the afternoons. However, I’m not leaving 2 GB behind. In fact, I’m taking on a new, broader networking role,” she said.
‘I have been appointed to a new role as the new national presenter of Money News.’
Current Money News host Scott Haywood “will also continue to play a major role in Money News,” although Deb did not elaborate on his role.

Deborah is also rumored to be eyeing the weekend newsreader role on Channel Nine, currently held by Georgie Gardner.
This is what alleged sources said women’s Day that Deb hopes to “convince the network that she should be the one presenting the weekend news.”
“It’s time for Deb to have a role where she has a say,” the alleged insider says.
Another “close insider” says Deb’s reported $600,000 salary could be “cut in half,” and that she wants to win her “dream role as a weekend news anchor” to avoid the slash.
