Elisabeth Moss confirmed she is pregnant with her first child.

The 41-year-old Emmy Award-winning actress — who showed off her baby bump on set earlier that day — appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Wednesday night with full bump in tow.

The 56-year-old chat show host quickly got to the point when his first question was: “Are you pregnant or just an incredibly dedicated method actor?”

Elisabeth replied, “A little bit of both.”

She opened up about her pregnancy journey when Jimmy asked her how she was feeling.

The Handmaid's Tale actress said: 'Not bad actually. I was really lucky. It's going very well.'

Earlier in the day, the talented actress fueled more pregnancy rumors while on the set of her new thriller Shell in LA this week, amid growing speculation that she is expecting her first child.

The Emmy-winning actress, 41, looked comfortable in a large pink robe that covered a bump as she did her makeup with her feet up in her slippers.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Moss who have so far been unavailable for comment.

Moss looked at ease as she sat on set next to Max Minghella, 38, who is directing the film.

The pair, who have worked together since 2017 on television series The Handmaid's Tale, chatted while kicking their feet during a break from filming in Los Angeles.

She appeared in good spirits as she got glam as a makeup artist applied her foundation with an orange makeup sponge as she reclined in a lounge chair.

For the scene, her shoulder-length blonde locks were styled in loose waves that ran straight down her back.

Before her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Moss had not made an announcement as to whether she is expecting a child.

In 2022, Moss told Daily Mail's YOU that she wants children and that her mother, Linda, inspired her.

'I definitely want to have children because I'm very inspired by the kind of mother my mother is. She did something beautiful with me,” she said.

Moss then joked that once her own child is born, she will pass it on to her mother.

“And then I'll give the child to my mother and she can raise it, because she would do a really good job!”

In a 2018 interview with Marie Claire, Moss said she was initially hesitant about motherhood, but came around to the idea as she got older.

“It's not for everyone, and I didn't know if it would be for me, but lately I'm thinking it is,” she told the publication.

'However, I have no idea yet how I want to do it and what the plan is.'

Moss is very private when it comes to her love life, as she has only made two relationships public in the past.

She was previously married to comedian Fred Armisen, 57, which she told Vulture was a “traumatic” and “terrible” experience.

She met the Saturday Night Live star in 2008, while her Mad Men co-star Jon Hamm was hosting the sketch comedy show.

Moss was 26 and Armisen 42 at the time.

They married in October 2009 but separated eight months later.

Moss officially filed for divorce in September 2010, citing irreconcilable differences.

Their divorce was finalized in May 2011.

She said she was relieved she never started a family with Armisen.

'I'm glad I'm not here. I'm glad it didn't happen when I was fifty. I'm glad I didn't have kids,” the LA native said.

“And I got that out of the way. Hopefully. That probably won't happen again.'

In 2012, Moss moved on with Australian cinematographer Adam Arkapaw after meeting on the New Zealand set of the miniseries Top of the Lake.

The relationship was confirmed by DailyMail.com at the time.

Moss and Arkapaw dated for three years before splitting in 2015.

Over the years, Moss has been spotted on dates with “mystery men,” but she has yet to go public with another serious relationship.

In 2020, she was forced to shoot down a wild rumor about herself and fellow Scientologist Tom Cruise after a tabloid accused them of being secretly engaged.

Speaking to Marie Claire, Moss said finding time to date has been “difficult” due to her hectic work schedule.

She also revealed that she hasn't written off the possibility of getting married again.

“I have nothing against getting married again, but what I appreciate even more now is the relationship itself,” Moss said.

'It's been eight years [since divorcing Armisen]. I'm older and hopefully wiser. I'm a romantic, so I love weddings, but I also don't think you need (a wedding) to have a long-term, healthy relationship.

“Some of the relationships that I know have lasted the longest are the ones that haven't [get married].'
