American flight attendant Cici has shared a handy item that people should always carry in their carry-on luggage

“Go to the drugstore…go to the emergency room, get some alcohol wipes. Here are four uses for your next trip.’

The first tip Cici recommends is for passengers who start to feel sick on airplanes.

“Next time you’re on a flight and you’re feeling a little nauseous, you can take one out, just open it up and smell it, and it will help with nausea,” she said.

The second use of the alcohol wipes was to remove bad odors in footwear.

Cici recommends that people put one in their shoes and “it helps with odors.”

Speaking of personal hygiene, the flight attendant said a third way to use an alcohol wipe was to use it on your armpits if you forgot deodorant.

And finally, Cici says people can use a wipe to clean their phones.

People in the comments thanked the flight attendant for letting us know.

“I had no idea about nausea. I’m going to borrow some from work,” one person wrote.

‘For nausea! Genius. My tummy gets a little nervous on flights and I just started a travel job. Thank you!’ added another.

“These are all great tips, every day, not even on a plane,” said a third social media user.

Another added: ‘I get nauseous all the time and I use alcohol at home to calm it down, but I never thought about traveling with it! I’m putting a few in my make-up bag now.’

The armpit trick sure works! But only do it in a pinch, it is very drying on that sensitive skin. But it works!’ read a comment.

‘As a nurse I used them for all these mentioned applications!!’ said another person.

On her blogginggave the flight attendant a glimpse of how she landed a job in the industry after her sister also made the switch.

“I didn’t tell anyone what I was doing except my sisters. I updated my resume and my sister coached me through the hiring process. I did a lot of research on the internet and started practicing my interviewing techniques,” said Cici.

She applied to a number of airlines during their open application period and was called back by Delta and American Airlines.

Cici described the hiring process as “rigorous” and she went through “multiple steps” before being interviewed in person.

Despite it being a very competitive field, she said she was “lucky” to be offered a job by Delta.

She then received eight weeks of “intensive” training, but she noted that this had dropped to six for most airlines these days.

“We learned safety procedures, emergency protocols and customer service techniques. We also had to pass numerous written and practical exams before we could graduate,” said the flight attendant.

Cici added that it was “one of the hardest things I’ve done in my life,” comparing it to “boot camp.”

Earlier, another flight attendant Cierra Mistt, who worked for American Airlines, shared secrets she’d learned — including how to score cheap tickets.

According to the TikToker, airlines release deals on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays — and she even suggested using an app to change the location of your IP address to lower prices.

“If you want a cheap flight, look for flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays,” she suggested in a viral video.

‘Then flights are the cheapest.

“I highly recommend using a VPN so they don’t know what country you’re searching from, because normally if you’re searching in the United States, they’ll drive those prices up.”
