In the video, the boy stands next to the rear passenger door of a red Hyundai car, but as he tries to get into the car, his mother drives away, dragging the five-year-old with her.
The boy was knocked to the ground and run over by the rear wheel of the car.
When his mother saw him lying on the ground, she ran out of the car but forgot to brake.
The vehicle eventually came to a stop after crashing into the wall of an apartment building, with the woman’s other child reportedly still in the passenger seat.

Female passersby can be seen rushing to help as the car hits the wall of an apartment building and stops at the end of the video.
A female passerby also rushed to help the shocked mother who picked up her son and ran back to the crashed car.
According to reports, the boy was taken to hospital with numerous injuries and is receiving all necessary medical attention.
Local police posted the video on their website as a warning to parents to be more careful when traveling with children.
According to authorities, four citations have been filed against the 36-year-old driver, whose name has not been released.
The mother was charged with committing a traffic accident, leaving the scene of a traffic accident, violating the rules for the carriage of underage passengers and lack of mandatory insurance.
Police have yet to specify the total punishment the inattentive mother will receive.
