Horror as woman is ‘raped’ at beauty spot in broad daylight and three teenage boys are arrested – The Sun
A woman was allegedly raped in broad daylight at a beauty spot when three 15-year-old boys were arrested.
Police were told the victim had been attacked near Tynemouth Priory North Tyneside shortly after 3:50 pm on February 25.

Northumbria Police say specialist officers are supporting the woman.
A force spokesman said: “An immediate investigation was launched by police and the female victim continues to be supported by specialist officers.
‘Officers have arrested three men – all 15 years old – on suspicion of rape.
“They have since been released on bail pending further investigation.”
Tynemouth Castle and Priory was once one of the largest fortified areas in England and is now managed by English heritage.
The ruins overlook the North Sea and the River Tyne.
