A woman has left TikTokers in shock after sharing how she can try different foods at the same time – because of her split tongue.

Kierstyn Milligan, who prefers Las Vegas’ Orylan, has already spent more than £34,000 on tattoos and extreme body modifications.

But she also cut her tongue in half – essentially giving herself two.

Kierstyn has now shared with her TikTok fans how she can taste two flavors at once.

In the video, which has been viewed 24 million times, she says: ‘I’ve tried [it] when it healed.’

She adds, “Coke and Sprite were the first [thing] and i was confused about the flavor combination.

“But I’m curious about pizzas and donuts, or maybe some weird salty-sweet combinations.”

In the viral clip, Orylan tries it next packets of sour jelly—one green, one red—before spraying them on each side of her tongue.

“They don’t taste too different,” she adds.

But the clip received mixed reactions.

One wrote, “God help you girl,” while another wrote: “I don’t even know what to say.”

But another added, “Hey, you look amazingly awesome.”

The process of splitting the tongue involves numbing the tongue, cutting it in half, and then having a doctor sew the sides back together.

Explaining the surgery, Orylan said, “My tongue has been split for about two years now.

“It only cost $700 USD (£550) and the process involves numbing it with lidocaine and cutting it open and then sewing it back up on each side.”

In addition to her tattoos and split tongue, she also has inked eyeballs, fangs, and breast implants, as well as piercings in her nipple, both nostrils, and bridge of her nose.

She has said, “I always knew I wanted to look like this, I’ve had this vision in my head since I was young and finally made it happen.”

“The way I used to look compared to now, I feel so much happier.

“Before I had no self love or even understanding of who I was, now I feel like I understand myself the most and have the most self love and confidence.

‘The craziest reactions are from people who hide behind a screen online.’

“They like to say ‘you look like a demon’ or ‘you used to be so much prettier’ or ‘you probably didn’t have a great childhood’.”

She adds: ‘The only advice I can really give to anyone looking to modify or tattoo themselves is do it for love, do it because it makes you happy.

“We should only do things that bring us joy, for me that’s what changing myself does, so I want that for others if they choose, nothing but love and happiness.”
