I’m A Diet Coach And There’s An Easy Way Men Can Add INCHES To Their Penis – They Need To Stop Acting Like Victims

A diet coach has claimed there’s an easy way for men to add inches to their penis size — while berating clients for “acting like victims.”

Chris Cavallini, 40, of Tampa Bay, Florida, first became interested in nutrition and fitness when he was in the Navy.

After leaving the armed forces, the businessman founded his own meal preparation company called Nutrition Solutions to help his largely male clientele adopt a healthier lifestyle.

He explained, “From a male perspective, our confidence is very much involved in our physicality and our bodies and [the groin] area is something we are all very proud of.’

In his experience as a diet coach, Chris says he’s worked with overweight men who have Buried Penis Syndrome — in which fat largely obscures the organ.

However, Chris says the simple solution to this condition is to follow a healthy diet and exercise plan.

He explained, “The nice thing is that when you get in better shape, you can actually add inches to your penis.

“For every 30 pounds of excess fat you lose, you gain an inch of visible penis.”

While Buried Penis Syndrome can become apparent at birth, it most often affects morbidly obese adult males.

Chris said, “As you can imagine, this can be a really strong motivator for men if they understand that this is the case.”

“Hopefully it forces them to pay a little more attention to the food they put in their bodies and the exercise they get.”

Chris founded his company in 2012 after struggling to find the time to follow a high protein diet.

He explained, “I wanted to create an outlet for people like me so they can buy clean fuel without having to worry about cooking, shopping and weighing macros.

“I wanted a catalyst to help streamline the process of getting fit, healthy and in the best shape of your life without all of the associated stress that normally comes at the start of a fitness journey.”

Over the course of his life, Chris – who grew up in foster care – has had several run-ins with the law and been arrested more than 20 times.

But now on his way to becoming a multimillionaire, Chris admits he finds it frustrating when people say they don’t have time to exercise.

He continued, “So when I hear people make the excuse that they can’t exercise, don’t have time to eat healthy, they can’t lose 10-15 pounds, I just think it’s ridiculous.”

“I think if people want to succeed in achieving their fitness goals, the most important thing that needs to change before they go on a diet and hit the gym is that they need to change their mindset.

‘What I try to do is help people see things from a different, more empowering perspective.

“To stop thinking at a low level, victimize themselves and start acting in accordance with their higher selves.

‘Only when you can change your thinking can you actually, effectively and sustainably change your life.’
