Prince William has revealed that his children are big fans of house DJ Jax Jones.

The British DJ, 36, met the Prince of Wales, 41, at the late Queen’s Jubilee celebrations at Buckingham Palace, where he told him that George, 10, Charlotte, eight, and Louis, five, “love his music.”

Jax Jones, real name Timucin Lam, rose to fame after collaborating with Duke Dumont on the number one hit I Got U.

In response, Jax, who performed at The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee concert, joked that he might perform at one of Wales’ children’s birthday parties.

Speak with HELLO!Jax said: ‘I met the Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace after the late Queen’s Jubilee where I performed and it was amazing, and he told me his children love my music and I joked about performing at one of their birthdays. ‘

The Prince and Princess of Wales have a working relationship with the DJ, and earlier this year it was reported that they held secret meetings with him to learn how to connect with young people in the UK.

The action took place in the run-up to Kate’s launch of her Early Childhood Campaign, of which the artist has become an ambassador.

Jax told The sun: ‘Our relationship started during the Jubilee and afterwards we hung out at Buckingham Palace.

‘We all started talking; they are super nice and super hospitable. It is a great honor to be asked to participate and be an ambassador. They are very down to earth and only want to do positive things.’

The DJ is father to daughter Lawanna, two.

He confessed that he was afraid of doing something wrong when he first met the royal couple.

He said: ‘I was so worried about getting the addresses wrong. So the first time you meet a princess you say ‘Your Highness’ and it’s ‘Madam’, but they make you feel so comfortable.

“We were chatting ahead of the launch and spent the day at Windsor Castle really brainstorming ideas.”

The Princess of Wales has said her campaign for young children goes beyond ‘raising children’ and is also about ‘shaping our society’ and creating a ‘more nurturing world’.

It comes after Prince William revealed his youngest son Louis is a big fan of pop band OneRepublic.

The Prince of Wales, 41, met the American singers backstage at the Earthshot Awards in Singapore last night.

Speaking to the group, famous for songs Counting Stars and Apologize, the future king said: ‘I can’t thank you enough’

‘You were great. What a way to start the show. That was incredible.’

“Louis, my youngest, loves your songs,” he added, before confessing that Prince George, 10, still loves veteran rockers AC/DC.

The Prince met the band backstage after the show at Mediacorp’s 1,500-capacity Theater and congratulated them on their performance, opening proceedings.

In May, William revealed to his well-wishers during a surprise meet and greet that his son Prince George is a big fan of rock bands AC/DC and Led Zeppelin.

William and Kate greeted Big Lunch attendees during an unannounced walk of around 40 minutes on The Long Walk in Windsor.

Caroline Mulvihill, from the Rock Choir in Windsor and Maidenhead, spoke to William during the meet and greet.

Speaking about their conversation, she said: ‘We were talking about the type of music we make at Rock Choir and Will told us that they have very different tastes in music in their household and George is really into AC/DC and Led Zeppelin.
