Karren Brady's confessions about the surgery revealed the one surgery she would never undergo
SHE is one of the country's best business brains, football's undisputed First Lady, queen of irritated eye-rolls, and a baroness to boot.
But while Karren Brady CBE has certainly worn many hats over the past three decades, her latest role could well be the ace in the hole after it was revealed she will become a grandmother in the coming weeks.

“Oh, wild horses couldn't keep me away,” she said in a conversation with Fabulous.
“I'm really looking forward to it, and Sophia (her 27-year-old daughter) and her fiancé [Frankie Makin] are so excited.
''She is safe and sound, feels wood, and everything is ready and prepared. It will be great – the first grandchild in the family.”
But while there's still some debate over what Karren should be called now, since “grandma” and “nanny” are off the table, one thing is certain: the 54-year-old star certainly doesn't look like a “nana” , despite what she may think.

Despite the fact that she is full of winter hunger and has dosed Strepsils, Karren is and remains the epitome of chic.
Known for her impeccably tailored and glamorous style on The Apprentice, she looks much younger than her years.
While many celebrities in the industry like to keep quiet about operations and improvements, Karren is all about being transparent.
She is open about the fact that she invests time and money in her appearance, but not because she worries about what others think.
“I don't mind being scrutinized. I only care about what I think.
''There is nothing more horrifying than being 54 and seeing your face on a 50-inch television screen. It's terrifying!
''So I'm always aware of how I look. Not out of vanity, but in the sense that I want to look as healthy as I feel.
“I've never had surgery, but I've had a lot of treatments – and I mean one lot number of treatments – in the Dr. Rita Rakus Clinic in London. I don't do fillers because that scares me, but I do have a lot of laser facials.
While the business guru doesn't necessarily call herself a gym enthusiast, she does like to keep her body healthy by cycling and making sure she walks everywhere.
She recently underwent a new non-surgical facelift called Softwave, which uses ultrasound to reduce the appearance of lines, and said the results were “incredible”.
“I had a little Botox [in the past]but I like my forehead moving and I can't stand that rubber look,” she added.
Karren has been married to ex-footballer and Canadian international Paul Peschisolido, 52, for 28 years – they met when he played for Birmingham City and she was the club's director.

Speaking about their relationship, she said: “My husband is my best friend.
“Our career went something like this [she points in different directions].
“When the kids were younger, he was a footballer who traveled all over the world and I was at home. And when he retired I moved to London to manage West Ham.
“We have always been there for each other and supported each other.
''There was never any jealousy or one-upmanship or anything like that.
“What we have in common is the complete love for both of our children, and their health and well-being are at the heart of everything we do.”
