Kirsten Dunst wears a tie-dye T-shirt to buy a pack of CBD-infused carbonated water in Studio City

Kirsten Dunst channeled her inner hippie as she purchased an eight-pack of Recess, sparkling water infused with hemp and adaptogens, worth $39.99 at a CBD store in Studio City on Wednesday.

Each 12 oz can of the craft mocktail contains 10 mg of hemp-derived CBD and 15-30 calories, but absolutely no THC (the marijuana compound that gets you high).

The 41-year-old Oscar nominee – who also stopped by for coffee – was dressed in a blue and purple tie-dye T-shirt under a brown knit cardigan, light blue jeans and preppy white Keds shoes.

On Halloween night, Kirsten and her husband of 16 months – Killers of the Flower Moon star Jesse Plemons – donned skeleton and cowboy costumes with spooky makeup to go trick-or-treating in their neighborhood.

The Power of the Dog co-stars brought along their two-year-old son James Robert, also dressed as a skeleton, and their five-year-old son Ennis Howard.

Dunst was technically still dating her On the Road leading man Garrett Hedlund when she first started working with the 35-year-old Oscar nominee on the Calgary set of FX’s Fargo in 2015.

“We fell in love creatively first,” the New Jersey-born blonde told the newspaper LA times in 2021.

“He was like a creative soulmate to me and the way we both work. I knew about Fargo after two weeks. I didn’t remember saying this, but one of my best friends told me that I told her, “I will know this man for the rest of my life.” I just know it.’ Just because I felt such an immediate connection.’

Kirsten’s next film – Alex Garland’s sci-fi action epic Civil War – will be long awaited launch at the American Film Market, which runs through next Sunday at Le Méridien Delfina in Santa Monica.

Dunst co-starred in Civil War with Cailee Spaeny, whom she personally recommended to Sofia Coppola to play the role of Priscilla Presley in her recently released, fully authorized biopic.

“Kirsten is amazing,” the 25-year-old star said IndieWire last month.

“She definitely put in a good word for me, which I don’t think hurt during the casting process. She also filmed Marie Antoinette [with Sofia] when she was 23 and I Priscilla when I was 24. So it was kind of two words colliding, the circle was complete. It was a really incredible way to get this role.”

Dunst also dabbles in running clothing company Observed By Us with illustrator Jessica Herschko, and they officially launched their Coach collaboration at a Sunset Tower Hotel soiree in West Hollywood on July 12.

Meanwhile, Jesse has roles in Yorgos Lanthimos’ AND for Searchlight Pictures and Lesli Linka Glatter’s six-episode conspiracy thriller Zero Day for Netflix.
