LEAKED government documents prove Vladimir Putin is preparing for World War III, Ukrainian hackers claim.

Bombshell papers that appear to have been signed by the tyrant reveal chilling attack plans Europe as – or as Putin believes when – Ukraine is defeated.

The Ukrainian National Resistance Center said its hackers intercepted the documents via email, which laid out a five-step plan to be implemented after this week’s mock elections.

In a letter believed to be written to Putin, Vyacheslav Volodin, head of the State Duma, proposed policies for his next term that would likely plunge Europe into war.

They reveal five key ideas: nationalization of key industries, a chilling increase in censorship, the crushing of opposition, the total de-Westernization of Russia and the ‘export of chaos’ to the whole of Europe.

It reads: “After the closure of the SMO [special military operation] in Ukraine and the fall of the Kiev regime will not stop, but only intensify, Russia’s confrontation with the West.”

The newspapers also lashed out at the “shameful” Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, the peace treaty signed in 1918 between Soviet Russia and the Central Powers – which ended Russia’s participation in the First World War.

Under his terms, Russia lost control of Ukraine, Poland, Belarus, the Baltic provinces – now Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia – and the Caucasus provinces of Kars and Batum.

The letter emphasizes the need to undo the pact, which could endanger these countries.

The sabre-rattling Putin has long threatened the West – and earlier this month warned that there was a risk that it would be destroyed.

In a tirade lasting more than two hours, he accused the West of trying to “destroy” Russia while vowing to achieve Moscow’s goals in Ukraine.

He insisted in his venom-filled annual State of the Nation address that the consequences for “potential invaders” would be “much more tragic”.

In a thinly veiled threat, Putin warned that the West was “in danger of nuclear conflict” if it sent troops to Ukraine.

He bragged about how his unstoppable nuclear missile Sarmat – known as Satan-2 – had been delivered by Russian troops.

Putin also boasted that Russia has weapons that can ‘defeat them’ [the West] on their own territory” in a chilling warning.

Now the leaked letter dated November 30 suggests plans to attack Europe.

It appeared to have been stamped with Putin’s signature and the word “agreement” on December 12, 2023, just days after he confirmed his bid for a fifth term in office.

Now that Putin has ruled Russia with an iron fist for more than two decades, it is almost certain that he will be re-elected this week.

In the documents, Volodin said that the committees of the State Duma, the lower house of Russia’s Federal Assembly, would be ready to start working on draft laws.

It would include increasing censorship across Russia, especially on TV and the Internet.

The letter also slams the West’s support for Ukraine, claiming it is “delaying the rapid completion” of Putin’s invasion.

As part of the five-point plan, Volodin outlines making the nationalization of the economy more robust by making all resource industries state-owned.

The Kremlin is also said to be trying to “solve” the issue of opposition movements as Putin seeks to consolidate his rule and legacy.

Putin has long had little tolerance for opposition, as most of his challengers were in prison, exiled or dead.

Just last month, Putin’s fiercest critic Alexei Navalny was found dead in prison where he was being held on trumped-up charges.

Many fear the 47-year-old was murdered, with his body allegedly murdered found under the bruises.

The Kremlin had sought to portray Navalny and his supporters as lawbreakers and tools of the West, seeking to destabilize Russia.
