Married At First Sight’s Ollie Skelton sets his sights on a series return – after finding love with Tahnee Cook

Married At First Sight’s Ollie Skelton found love with his TV wife Tahnee Cook during the dating experiment and the pair are still together months after filming ended.

And the 26-year-old voiceover recently revealed that while his days as a groom were over, he’d be open to returning to the show in another capacity.

“I would return as the narrator. I don’t think they would, but that would be funny. I can give it a little Love Island spin, just watered down,” he said Yahoo lifestyle.

He then said that he especially admired the current MAFS announcer, Georgie Gardner, because she narrated the dramatic events of the show in a hilarious way.

“Sometimes that narrator got you a little pep. She said things like, “Like Tahnee and Ollie figuring out where Fiji is.” Like, hey,” he said.

Earlier this year, the young lovebirds appeared together on Today Extra when they spoke to hosts David Campbell and Sylvia Jeffreys about their blossoming romance.

They said they owe their successful relationship to “steady communication” and “talking through those little things so they don’t become big.”

That same day, the couple told New Idea magazine that they had already picked out names for their future children, saying they “definitely” see themselves having babies in the future.

“I would return as the narrator. I don't think they would, but that would be funny. I can put a little Love Island spin on it, just toned down,” Ollie told Yahoo Lifestyle

In April, Skelton talked about the challenges he faced on the show.

The Western Australian native said that as one of the youngest contestants, he and his partner Tahnee felt overshadowed by their more experienced, outgoing co-stars.

“I struggled to find my voice at first,” he wrote candidly Reddit Ask me anything Q&A.

Despite his initial insecurities, Ollie found his footing as the show progressed, becoming increasingly confident and assertive within the group.
