I do my mascara really weirdly, but my trick makes them look so long

One beauty influencer shared her trick to getting super long lashes mascara.

Azariah (@azaria.mckinnon) shared the makeup trick in a video with more than 1.5 million TikTok followers.

The Miami beauty enthusiast said that although her trick was unconventional, it definitely worked to boost her lashes.

“If you're looking for your lashes to kill, you should stay,” she said.

She explained that while she used eyelash serum to lengthen her natural lashes, her mascara technique went a step further.

“I'm going to show you how I make my eyelashes look so long because I do my mascara really weird and I think this is why,” she said.

“Fair warning: We will look like a wild raccoon for five minutes, but it's fine.”

First she used a brush to separate her lashes and then an eyelash curler.

Then using the Maybelline Push-Up Mascara$12, she applied a coat of mascara to the top as normal.

“First I do the bottom layer, I go up as normal. The next step is definitely the most important: once my lashes are all covered, I go back and turn them up,” she said.

She turned the mascara wand in an upward motion, causing it to loosen and lengthen at the same time.

The influencer then cleaned up the excess mascara with a cotton swab.
