Customers take to social media every year to praise Morrisons' deal.

Commenting on last year's offer, one customer said: “This sounds like a really good deal!”

Another wrote: “Looks like a good meal!”

A third simply said: “There you go, sorted.”

Another said the meal “looks fantastic”.

The cheapest deal on offer is three courses for £15 if you have a More loyalty card, which works out to £7.50 each.

If you have not signed up to the scheme you will pay a total of £17 – £8.50 per person.

Savvy shoppers can save more than $21 compared to buying the most expensive items separately.

The deal will be available nationwide in stores and online from February 8.

Last year, both More and non-More customers had the same prices.

But in 2023, consumers were offered two desserts per meal, instead of one this year.

Lovebirds can start with chicken parfait with pink peppercorns and champagne glaze or verrines with smoked salmon.

For main courses, there is a choice of seven dishes, such as 30-day aged steak with pink pepper butter, or slow-cooked lamb shank with red Chianti wine and rosemary.

Not only that, but you can also choose two sides to go with your meal from a selection of seven choices.

These include triple-cooked chunky fries, cauliflower cheese, or a parmesan and truffle puree.

They then have a choice of two sides: cauliflower cheese or perhaps dauphinoise potatoes.

If you have room to spare, couples can also choose from a selection of sweet treats.

This includes two Gu hot chocolate melted center pots and a two-pack Black Forest cheesecake pot.

The deal for two people includes a total of three courses: one starter, one main course, two side dishes and one dessert.

Meals also include soft drinks or wine. For example, you can choose from a 75 cl bottle of Prosecco or a 75 cl bottle of raspberry lemonade.

You can find your nearest Morrisons using the store locator on the retailer's website.

Gareth Lloyd, head of marketing events at Morrisons, said: “For couples looking to dine out on Valentine's Day, we've worked hard to create a menu of delicious and quality products for the biggest date night of the year.

“Our carefully selected ingredients and chef-inspired creations will help our customers celebrate the romantic occasion in style, while still offering great value.”
