‘It’s like magic’ say mums as they reveal a secret hack to remove stains from clothes
A MUM has led other parents to wonder, “Where has this information gone all my life?” after sharing her free hack to get stains out of clothes.
Emma O’Donnell, from Glasgow, has three boys under the age of nine and regularly shares posts on social media about parenting.

In a recent TikTok video (@a_mothers_tale), the 35-year-old revealed how she gets fruit stains out of her son’s clothes.
Emma, who is currently pregnant with her fourth toddler, even said it’s her “best mom hack ever.”
And all you need is to run hot water from the kettle.
The social media blogger admitted she had always been taught that hot water ‘hardens’ stains, but encouraged others to give it a try.
She showed how quickly it works in a short video, saying: “Apparently boiling water on any fruit stain, it doesn’t matter what fruit stain it is, literally anything.
“It’s like magic.”
Within seconds of pouring water over a red food stain on a vest, the stain was completely gone.
“Oh my god. Stop it,” Emma cried.
“Can you see that?
She added: “I have a nine-year-old, six-year-old and a four-year-old and this is brand new information to me.”
Emma’s clip quickly racked up more than 133,000 views, and her fellow parents were just as impressed.
One wrote: “Wow, how did I not know this? My daughter’s favorite fruit is watermelon and strawberries.”
A second asked: “Where has this information been all my life?!”
A third said: “Having had four children and throwing away so many clothes over the years, am I just now really finding this out?”
A fourth echoed: “What?! I’m sorry what?! Not really!! 35 years on earth and never heard of it! That’s great, thanks for sharing.”
Someone else insisted: “Try this ASAP!”
And a sixth gushed: “This is life changing! Made my day.”
