While 2024 has produced some excellent games, there are many games that disappoint players.

If you pay £10/$10 for a sub-par game you might just accept your loss, but many fight back after spending £70/$70 or even more.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Skull & Bones seem to be the biggest offenders, with people paying huge sums for early access.

In particular, Suicide Squad has drawn the ire of fans due to numerous bugs affecting people’s gameplay.

However, most companies refuse to refund a game if someone has played a large number of hours.

A Reddit user has claimed that they received a refund from PlayStation for Suicide Squad despite playing the game for almost 40 hours.

The person writes that he contacted customer service via web chat to report problems with the game.

After a series of conversations it was decided that the issues could not be resolved by the user and therefore a refund was issued.

Others have tried to get a refund but haven’t gotten one, and Redditors seem to have theories about why this user is the exception.

The user points out that he bought the game with PlayStation Store money, which means the money has been returned to his wallet.

This means that they will still have to spend the refunded money on PlayStation games so that the company does not incur any losses.

Other users in the thread believe it is related to the person’s status in the PlayStation Stars loyalty program.

Once a player reaches the highest rank in PlayStation Stars, level 4, they gain access to better customer service.

High-level PlayStation Stars users purchase and play a large number of PlayStation games, which gives them preferential treatment.

A refund may not be available to all users, but if you purchased via store credit and are level 4 in PlayStation Stars, it’s worth a try.
