Dizzy! Prince Andrew punches the air while taking an autumn horse ride in Windsor

Prince Andrew appeared in good spirits as he extended his arm while horse riding in Windsor today.

The royal, 63, wore a full navy ensemble for his equestrian endeavors this morning.

He paired blue breeches with a matching zip-up jacket and helmet as he sat atop a maroon horse.

At one point, Andrew was seen extending his right arm up and to the side in what appeared to be a stretch.

He smiled during the ride and enjoyed the autumnal surroundings, which seemed to be near his home, Royal Lodge.

It comes as the father-of-two joined his brothers, King Charles and Prince Edward, for a pheasant shoot.

Charles, 74, was spotted driving around the Windsor grounds just hours before unveiling new statues of his late parents at the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance in London.

The monarch was dressed casually in a shirt and a green jacket with a cord collar for the Armistice Day shoot.

The king was seen laughing with the passenger in the car, believed to be a member of his security team.

Although Andrew and Edward were not pictured with Charles, it is believed the monarch enjoyed an afternoon in the company of his brothers before heading to London.

The pair are at loggerheads over Charles’s demand that Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah move the 30-room royal property – which has problems with damp and needs several million pounds worth of repairs – to a smaller area, such as if it Harry and Meghan’s old home, Frogmore Cottage.

The Mirror reported last month that Andrew had been granted a stay of execution after Charles accepted that his brother would be given time to prove he can afford the upkeep of the mansion.

Several well-placed sources in royal circles have told the Mail that the prince is not being “realistic” about his financial situation after being forced to step back from his public duties.

A family friend said: ‘It’s all a bit cloud cuckoo land I’m afraid. No one, not least His Majesty, believes there is any realistic chance that the Duke of York can keep the roof of the Royal Lodge over his head in the long term.

‘It is a gigantic building and an estate that requires a huge amount of maintenance.’

The King’s powers to remove Andrew are limited because he took over the late Queen Mother’s Grade II listed building from the Crown Estate on a long-term lease in 2004 and funded many millions of pounds worth of renovations. If King Charles were to persuade him to move, the Crown Estate could even owe Andrew money.

Meanwhile, Andrew’s ex-wife Sarah Ferguson today made her debut as presenter of This Morning alongside Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.

During the love and relationships segment, the Duchess, 64, acted as a suffering aunt and offered advice to two couples struggling with intimacy issues in their marriages.

And there was a common thread in Sarah’s responses, with the mum-of-two suggesting both callers rekindled the spark by livening things up in the bedroom.

“Put a nice, provocative underwear section in your dresser drawer and you really make the hair, you know, blow-dry the hair and take it out for a treat.”

“It’s the element of surprise and it will bring the magic back into your relationship,” Prince Andrew’s ex-wife continued.

In another part of the show, the three presenters interviewed Sir Cliff Richard – and Sarah was noticeably impressed.

“I can’t get over it, it’s just unbelievable,” she said.

“You know, Sir Cliff, sitting here with you, I’m at a loss for words, and that’s very unlike me.”
