The royal, 50, wore a chic suit alongside her husband King Felipe VI while visiting the Foundation in Madrid.
Letizia completed her ensemble with beige stilettos and stylish gold earrings.
The mother of two was the epitome of summer style and glamor in her white ensemble.
Her glamorous makeup enhanced her naturally flawless complexion and her dark brown locks were swept behind her ears.

The Princess of Asturias Foundation is a non-profit private institution whose main objective is to contribute to the glorification and promotion of those scientific, cultural and humanistic values that are part of the universal heritage of humanity.
It comes after Letizia couldn’t contain her joy as she hugged and welcomed Queen Rania of Jordan to Madrid on Monday.
The royal family was thrilled and chatted up a storm with the co-queen, 52, – as the Jordanian royal couple and their son are on an official visit to Spain to strengthen bilateral ties between the two countries.
Letizia epitomized summer style in a floral midi dress by Diego Estrada that created the perfect stylish silhouette, adorned with warm tones of red, peach and periwinkle blue.
She completed her colorful look with bright pink stilettos from her favorite Carolina Herrera, and added a touch of glitter with €1,565 (£1412.14) Gold & Roses earrings.
Letizia sported a fun peachy makeup look for the sunny weather and styled her light brown locks in a straight style.
Elsewhere, Rania was sophisticated as ever in an elegant black outfit with embellishment.

Both appeared in high spirits during a visit to the National Heritage Educational Workshop in Madrid, smiling and chatting as they attended the engagement.
During their visit, Letizia and Rania saw the talents of students and teachers engaged in restoration work on furniture, book covers and historical manuscripts.
The workshops are designed to provide people with public employment training programs – through cultural heritage restoration practices – and encourage interest and participation in the crafts.
The royals also got a glimpse of workshops on gardening, upholstery and saddle making, among other things.
