Christian Horner investigated by Red Bull over 'serious allegations'

RED Bull Racing has reportedly launched an investigation into team boss Christian Horner over allegations of “inappropriate conduct”.

The Formula 1 racing team is investigating claims made by a company employee against 50-year-old Horner.

The Dutch news center reports this The TelegraphRed Bull management is aware of the allegations.

Red Bull, the team of world champion Max Verstappen, says it takes these matters 'extremely seriously'.

A spokesperson said: “After being made aware of certain recent allegations, the company launched an independent investigation.

“This process, which is already underway, is being carried out by an external specialist lawyer.

“The company takes these matters very seriously and the investigation will be completed as quickly as practicable.

“It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.”

Horner – who is married to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell – has been preparing for the 2024 season as Red Bull look to defend their championship titles.
