RHOSLC’s Meredith Marks Weighs in on Monica Garcia, Lisa Ring Drama
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Meredith Marks spills the tea – and shares her thoughts – on costars Monica García And Lisa Barlow‘s alleged ring scandal.
Meredith, 52, told exclusively We weekly in the latest episode of ‘Housewives Happy Hour’ she says she has ‘no reason to believe’ that 40-year-old Monica stole Lisa’s diamond ring.
“I mean, she did have a ring on her hand that looked very similar, but she said it was from Amazon,” Meredith explained. “I have no reason to believe it. I wasn’t in the bathroom. I don’t have any context for that.”
During an episode of the Bravo series in September, Lisa, 49, lost her $60,000 diamond band while in a public restroom. Monica was then seen wearing a similar ring, sparking a rumor among fans who thought she might have taken it with her.
‘I don’t think any of the women ever said that. I think there was a rumor going around online,” Meredith shared Usnoting, “I don’t think anyone believes that either.”
Monica addressed the rumors at BravoCon last month, joking, “Rich people steal things too.” She continued talking TVLine in November that she is innocent. “It’s not like I was the only one in that bathroom. I wasn’t even in it when she dropped it. I didn’t accept it,” Monica claimed.
The drama between Monica and Lisa may have been a fan rumor, but Meredith told it Us in december, those made-up storylines on the show happened in the past. She revealed that “there’s only one” former castmate who has done it on camera to fake it. “They told me,” Meredith teased before taking a sip of her wine so as not to mention a name.
Meredith chose not to release one RHOSLC stars, but she did become realistic about her own ups and downs in the series. The Bravo personality was well-liked Us about her ‘darkest’ moment on screen, pointing to another scandal involving Lisa.

Meredith made waves during season 3 after she brought up rumors about Lisa to her costars, one of which was telling Whitney Rose“I just heard she was doing favors to help find places to pick up Vida Tequila.”
