Bombay: The ODI and Test teams were announced last week, but the BCCI failed to announce the T20I team, leading to speculation. Multiple reports suggest that the squad for the T20I series would be announced on June 27 (Tuesday). While the ODI and Test squads were on predicted lines, we will see new faces in the T20I mix. India will play five T20Is against Windies. There are already reports that Rinku Singh would get a first national call-up after his IPL exploits, but who are the rest who stand a chance?

Ravi Bishnoi: The young leggie is already being touted as the next great spinner from India. He doesn’t have a long run-up in the national team yet and would hope to do so against the Windies. It would be a great opportunity for the leg spinner if he is finally picked for the roster.
