In a cooking video shared with his 1.1 million Instagram followers, the record producer, 35, rustled up some crab cakes from his new cookbook Open Wide with friend and chef Olivia Tiedemann.
As the duo giggled and fooled around during their cooking session, Olivia made a comment: “We all heard the news that you have a super hot girlfriend,” to which Benny replied: “We’re not talking about that,” before claiming: “She’s perfect!’
Olivia then admitted she was ‘a big name’ for the couple, who went public earlier this month after six months of dating – sparking backlash against her new love after Selena branded him: ‘My absolute everything’.
The playful video, which Benny called “unhinged,” saw the duo cooking fresh crab, adding Ritz crackers to the mix and adding butter on top.

They were especially upset about a resurfaced interview in which Benny appeared to call her a “cookie-cutter pop artist” while praising her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.

While that could easily be a joke for Gomez — owner of makeup brand Rare Beauty — she doesn’t seem bothered by it.
