Within seconds, he approaches a man you can see scrolling on his phone and shoots him in the face with a fireball.

The terrified victim ducks before taking cover and taking off his jacket.

The nut chases him and fires a second inferno into his back before turning on another man.

CCTV footage shows the second victim's head bursting into flames as witnesses take cover.

The 17-year-old was quickly restrained by family members after the horrors of January 22.

Police were called shortly after 1.50pm to a teenager behaving erratically at the Royal Liverpool Hospital in Merseyside.

No one was injured in the incident.

He was detained by security staff and assessed by mental health nurses before receiving further treatment.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “We can confirm that officers attended the Royal Liverpool Hospital on Monday, January 22, to a report of a man behaving erratically.

“Just after 1.50pm it was reported that the 17-year-old male had used a spray can and a lighter to direct flames at two men in the emergency department.

“He was quickly restrained by family members and no serious injuries were caused.

“The 17-year-old male was detained by security staff and assessed by mental health nurses before receiving further treatment.

“The affected men refused to make a formal complaint about the incident.”
