KJ Apa and his girlfriend Clara Berry have split after four years.

The 30-year-old French model announced her split from the 26-year-old Riverdale hunk via a TikTok video on February 25. The couple shares two-year-old son Sasha Vai Keneti Apa.

When a fan asked her if she was still in a relationship with the New Zealander, Clara simply replied, “No,” and later enthusiastically added, “I’m free.”

Clara spoke in her native French in the clip, telling fans: “You can see I’m happier, right?”

Halle Berry wrote a heartfelt tribute to Adan Canto, who died on Monday at the age of 42 after a battle with appendiceal cancer.

Following the devastating news of her late X-Men costar’s death, the Oscar winner, 57, revealed she “doesn’t have the words yet” to express her heartbreak.

“My dear friend Adan just got his wings,” she captioned a photo of Canto. ‘Forever, forever in my heart.’

The pair recently worked on the 2020 sports drama Bruised, which she starred in and directed. In the film, he portrayed her character’s manager, Desi.

Their paths previously crossed professionally on the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past in 2014.

Berry played the Marvel character Storm while playing the fictional superhero Sunspot.

Her comments section was flooded with condolences from fans, who expressed their “deepest condolences.”

“My condolences for your loss, Halle. May he have eternal peace,” said writer Lalah Delia.

Another wrote: ‘So sad I remember you both were in Bruised and X-Men Days of future past together.’

Her message came hours after the world learned of the Mexican-American actor’s death.

He was best known for his role as Vice President-elect Aaron Shore opposite Kiefer Sutherland in Designated Survivor.

Canto, who transitioned from a successful music career in Mexico to a leading man in Hollywood, recently starred in the TV series The Cleaning Lady, playing a lead character for the first two seasons.

“Adan had a depth of mind that few really knew. Those who glimpsed it were forever changed,” Canto representatives said in a statement. “He will be greatly missed by so many.”

Fox and WBTV — the network and studio behind The Cleaning Lady — also released a statement Tuesday saying, “We are heartbroken by the passing of Adan Canto. He is a wonderful actor and dear friend and we were honored to have him as part of the Warner Bros. Television and Fox Entertainment families since his American debut in The Following more than a decade ago.

‘He recently lit up the screen in The Cleaning Lady with a powerful performance that showcased his artistry, range, depth and vulnerability. This is an unfathomable loss, and we grieve with his wife Stephanie, their children and loved ones. We will miss Adan very much.’

Many took to social media to pay tribute to the talented star, including one who wrote on X (formally Twitter): ‘My heart goes out to everyone in The Cleaning Lady crew and their family and friends. I really enjoyed seeing him on that show and he will be missed. RIP Adan Canto.”

Another was completely devastated by the news as they said: ‘This just knocked the breath right out of my body. I’m stunned and on the edge of hyperventilating. F*** cancer for taking way too many greats and being so young too. RIP Adan Canto. What an enormous talent. My heart aches for his loved ones. [dove emoji]’

Yet another shared: “I am so heartbroken. Adan Canto was one of my favorite actors. Fell in love with him from the moment he appeared on screen as Arman Morales. Literally irreplaceable talent.’

Originally from Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico, and raised in Texas, Canto left his hometown at the age of 16 to explore opportunities as a musician in Mexico City.

Soon after, his focus shifted to acting when he was discovered for a major role in the 2013 series The Following.

Canto talked about his transition to acting in an interview with Collider in February 2013, he said: ‘I never said I wanted to be an actor as a child. I did not know. I thought I was going to be a singer and musician.

“That’s what I’ve done for a lot of my life. But music just didn’t work in Mexico. So I started acting and I just fell in love with it. It was amazing! It was a great safe place to vent. And then I discovered that I could really do this and I saw a future in it.

‘I could apply everything I was always interested in to this area. So I just got into it, and it worked out.”

In January 2022, Canto discussed what it was like transitioning his career from Mexico to the US while trying not to be typecast.

He told Observer at the time: ‘TTo be honest, I don’t know if I had developed a specific strategy to navigate this. I was just honest with myself and my team the whole way through. There were obviously certain characters or scripts that I read and immediately thought, “Of course not! No!”

‘I know the Northern Mexican culture [because] I grew up in it, so I can tell when someone goes out of their way to imagine a reality that is far from it [the actual] reality, so I stuck to the honesty within myself.

“I didn’t want to do anything that didn’t sound or feel right, and I think I’ve been blessed with good opportunities and I’ve fought for other opportunities that weren’t necessarily given to me.”

For the past two years, Canto played the role of gangster Arman Morales opposite Élodie Yung in The Cleaning Lady.

It was reported that he would join season 3, despite being unable to participate in filming when it began in December after the strikes ended.

Canto stepped behind the camera and directed his first short film in 2014, followed by another in 2020.

Canto is survived by his wife, Stephanie Ann Canto, and their two young children, Roman Alder, three, and Eve Josephine, one.

On his last Instagram post on June 19, 2022, he shared a photo of his beautiful family with the caption: “Happy Father’s Day! I am blessed to have mine.”

The 57-year-old Oscar winner posted a photo of her lower body to Instagram on Thursday, revealing her long, slender legs as she lounged luxuriously in a bathtub.

But some fans and followers were less focused on her amazing games and were instead spooked by a creepy nude statue in the corner of the photo that appeared to be staring directly at the camera.

The eye-catching display followed another photo of Halle that went viral, in which she put on a sultry display in the desert despite what appeared to be a pile of feces just inches from her bare feet.

In her latest photo, the actress appeared to be turned on her side and sticking out her long legs.

She relaxed in a rectangular blue bath next to an uncovered window through which some cacti were visible in the distance, while the edge of the bath was decorated with tall white candles in holders that looked as if they were made of white crystals.

But the idea that stole many fans’ attention was a naked statue of what appeared to be a man.

He was standing on a stone platform and had his arms raised up and behind his head as he appeared to be holding a long object, possibly intended as some kind of cloth, as if he was wringing it out.

The figure looked as if it were grimacing and had an oval-shaped, mask-like face, including eyes that were arranged in such a way that they happened to point directly at Halle’s camera.

The Monster’s Ball star gave no indication that she realized the statue might upset some of her followers, though they spoke out about the surprising image in the comments section.

‘What is that???’ wrote one unfortunate person who spotted the standing figure, while another complained: “That image looks creepy, he’s looking straight into the lens.”

One conspiracy-minded viewer thought the statue was evidence of something sinister.

“The image is disturbing, especially since we know the truth about most celebrities,” they wrote, but another person tried to silence them with a response: “yes, they see African art and go crazy.”

Another hypersensitive person commented, “Oh my God, very disturbing. What is it, it looks demonic [sic].’

However, one commenter found their incredulous reaction ‘ridiculous’.

‘Oh, what sadness. You don’t know what you’re looking at, so it must be ‘demonic’. Ridiculous.’

Another person seemed concerned that the statue would come to life.

“Did she buy this for herself or was it a gift?” How would it be attractive to her if she bought it herself? Does she make sure it’s in exactly the same place she put it every day?’ They wrote.

Others had some fun with the statue, with one user writing: ‘For the first time in my life I wish I was a statue.’

Actress Taraji P. Henson even jumped in the comment to give her fellow star some encouragement.

“TAKE ALL THE TIME YOU NEED,” she wrote.

Halle’s latest post comes after a photo she shared with her more than 8.6 million followers also attracted attention for all the wrong reasons.

She was posed in a sultry Dec. 17 shot in which she wore a lace teddy as she posed barefoot among huge rocks in what appeared to be the desert.

Although the Cleveland native did not add a geotag to the image, she was in the Middle East last month when she attended the 2023 Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The photo, which has received more than 149,000 likes, led to speculation from some followers that the stunning star’s bare feet were near what appeared to be a pile of feces, with the source also sparking debate.

One user asked: ‘What kind of nonsense is that from you [feet emoji,]’while another said: Am I the only one who sees the poop?’

Another user asked: ‘Literally no one sees the three giant piles of people***???’ adding three poop emojis. ‘Seriously, why are you posting that picture with that s*** in it?

One user said: ‘Halle is one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen but this is just nonsense.’

One user raised the possibility that the feces did not come from a person, but perhaps from an animal.

‘How do you know it’s human s***? Maybe it comes from a wild animal that lives among the rocks!’

One user suggested that the glamorous image could be saved with the right tools.

‘Dope photo, crop the photo [poo emoji] that’s right in front of you in this photo!!’

One user defended Berry’s posting of the photo, saying it wasn’t clear if the substance in question was what everyone seemed to think it was.

‘Why do people look so hard for the negative in this beautifully peaceful environment?’ said the user. “How do you even know if that’s bullshit??? Anyway… Great photo Ms. Halle.”

Other fans ignored the potential doo-doo and showered the A-list actress with compliments.

“I love that @halleberry literally doesn’t give a shit,” the user said, while another described her as “still the worst after all these years.”

Berry had the final say when she replied to one of the commenters in the thread who asked why she posted the image.

She replied, ‘Why not? It is what it is’ with four laughing emojis.

She later said the location made it unlikely the feces came from a person: “I would say it was a wild animal.” A human isn’t fucking there!!!! I’m just saying.’

Mary Berry swapped the caterpillar for flowers and shrubs today when she attended the Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival.

The beloved baker, 88, attended the festival’s press day near Richmond-Upon-Thames this afternoon along with other well-known names.

The Great British Bake Off star looked in her element as she browsed the various stalls and stopped to admire the flowers, including a colorful selection of roses.

For her day out, the baker wore an elegant floral-patterned blue daydress under a linen blazer.

Her silky white hair was styled in an evergreen bob that curled up at the ear, and the baker went for a glamorous daytime make-up

A touch of blush complimented her sunkissed complexion, while some eyeliner and mascara brought the drama to her eyes.

Mary toured the festival with the same interest she had for a signature challenge, admiring the beautiful flowers on display.

She paused to view a particularly delightful variety of shrub roses on display under the name “bring me sunshine.”

Mary wasn’t the only celebrity around. She was seen congratulating florists Imogen Perreau Callf, Emily Grayshaw and Jude Yeo, who all worked together on the America’s Wild garden.

Presented by Trailfinders and Visit The USA Show, their garden won the Best In Show Tudor Rose Award, Best Construction and a Gold Medal.

Elsewhere at the festival, Gloria Hunniford was spotted visiting the RHS Iconic Horticultural Hero Garden.

She joined designer, RHS ambassador and TV personality Carol Klein, who received the Iconic Horticultural Hero award.

Gloria and fellow presenter Gaby Roslin and Mark Lane also visited the RHS-BBC Morning Live budget-friendly feature Garden.

For her time at the festival, Gloria opted for a striking pink floral kimono that she wore over a black ensemble.

The festival’s press day was also attended by celebrity florist Orlando Hamilton, one of the florists who worked on the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2011.

The festival opens to the public tomorrow and runs through Sunday, giving horticultural fans plenty of opportunity to admire the various displays.

Over the weekend, Mary was seen in a rare appearance with her husband, Paul Hunnings, whom she married in 1966, watching the Ashes’ Second Test at Lord’s.

The couple have two sons and a daughter together, but one of their sons was tragically killed in a car accident in 1989.

It may not have been the result the England cricket team was hoping for, but Mary looked cheerful in a floral blue dress, her hair neatly styled in her signature bob.

Former captain Michael Vaughan has again taken aim at England, stating that they ‘clearly like losing’ after giving up cheap wickets in the Ashes in another poor session.
