They were in the same VIP section when they watched Inter Miami play Los Angeles Galaxy on Sunday.
The stars both took to Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) to express their excitement about the meeting.
Little Mermaid star Halle, 23, said: ‘I lived for this moment! Thank you for being so kind to me, you made my life.”
Berry, 57, shared: “When two Halles get together I seriously love you @hallebailey.”
Halle then added in her own post: “The best times!!” while she used two red heart and star emojis.

Fans went wild for the duo when one commenter wrote: ‘Halle-mania! This is the crossover we needed.”
But this isn’t the first time the Halles have met.
In an interview with Live with Kelly and MarkBailey said she first crossed paths with the Catwoman star at the 2023 Oscars.
Bailey said Berry has always supported her on social media. She revealed they’ve had a few inbox interactions and called the vet “cool.”

The 23-year-old actress welcomed her first child, a son named Halo, with rapper DDG in December.
Bailey and the 26-year-old rapper have been dating since 2022 and had Halo almost a year and a half after meeting.
Berry is currently in a relationship with Grammy winner Van Hunt, with whom she has been together since 2020.
Berry shares a daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, with ex Gabriel Aubry. She also has a son, Maceo-Robert Martinez, with ex-husband Olivier Martinez.
Also present at the match were former Galaxy player David Beckham, Los Angeles Rams player Puka Nacua and rapper DDG.
The game caught the attention of fans and celebrities alike when football legend Lionel Messi, who plays for Inter Miami, took to the field.
