Texas frontwoman Sharleen Spiteri has certainly left her mark on Australia after electrifying the crowd at her rock band's highly anticipated concert in Sydney on Thursday night.

The Scottish singer, 55, didn't hold back as she made wild jokes at the audience's expense as she took to the stage at Sydney's Enmore Theatre.

She is said to have made a series of comments about the audience during the performance, from criticizing a man for putting his drink on stage to complaining about the Australian weather.

While driving the crowd wild with Texas hits, Sharleen berated the crowd for wearing sunglasses indoors and asking her for selfies, according to News.com.au.

Sharleen reportedly criticized a man in the front row for putting his drink down on the stage, saying: 'What am I standing on now – would we call this a stage? Okay, because I thought I was dancing on a bar.”

She allegedly jokingly told him to move his drink, before saying she was tempted to kick it in his face and criticizing him for his concert etiquette.

Also, a woman allegedly asked her for a selfie between songs, prompting another outburst: “F**king hell. Don't I have better things to do now than take a picture with you?'

Despite her blunt response, Sharleen then posed for a series of selfies with the enthusiastic fan, before continuing with her setlist.

However, it was reported that she then told a fan to “get the fuck out” as they tried to take a look at the setlist lying on the stage floor.

Her list of digs also claimed Sharleen roasted a fan for wearing sunglasses indoors during the late-night event.

She also shared her annoyance at Sydney's humid weather, saying: 'F**k. Mine. T*ts,” and reportedly told any fans who didn’t recognize the closing song – Elvis’ Suspicious Minds – to “go home.”

Sharleen is known for her sense of humor and previously revealed the 'worst thing she's ever done' when she told how she got a rude customer back.

In August she told how she took revenge on a woman who was 'terrible' to staff and made an assistant 'cry' at a salon in Glasgow where she previously worked.

Speaking to Martin Compston and Gordon Smart at the Restless natives podcast, Sharleen shared how she served spit-up food to the unpleasant customer.

She explained how the woman always demanded that a staff member get her a tuna sandwich from a nearby sandwich shop, which led to Sharleen's revenge plot.

Sharleen described it as the worst thing she has ever done and shared how she once chewed the tuna and spit it back into the roll before serving it to the woman.

She recalled, “I know what the worst thing I've ever done is. When I was a hairdresser, there was a woman who came in as soon as the doors opened on Saturday mornings.

'She must have been in her late fifties or early sixties and she was a pain in the ass. She was horrible to everyone.

“This new junior had just started and it made her cry, so I said, 'Listen, let me show you a trick that will make you feel better.'

“The woman always sent someone across the street to get her a tuna sandwich.”

“So when the girl brought the sandwich back, I put a big piece of tuna in my mouth, chewed it, and immediately spit it back into the sandwich.

'I cut it for her, took it up the stairs and watched her eat it. So don't ever be mean to anyone, she made this young girl cry.”

“My name is Spiteri for a reason,” she joked.
