Travis Kelce looks at Taylor Swift poster ahead of Chiefs Game

Taylor Swift had long since turned Gillette Stadium upside down Travis Kelce joined the NFL.

As the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs walked through a tunnel at Gillette Stadium prior to his game on Sunday, December 17, he passed posters of several sports figures – and one of his girlfriend.

Kelce stared at the poster of Swift, 34, hanging on the wall, featuring the pop singer of one of her 1989 Tour performances at the stadium, according to a video posted X (formerly Twitter). Swift has played thirteen shows at the venue since 2010, most recently as part of the Eras tour in May.

While Kelce caught a glimpse of Swift through the poster prior to his match, the “Lover” singer was also spotted as the Chiefs took on the New England Patriots on Sunday.

Swift wore a black peacoat, a gray Chiefs sweatshirt and a white knit hat with a red stripe alongside her father. Scott Swiftbackground singer Melanie Nyemastylist Ashley Avignone and musician Alana Haim.

Before his match, Kelce arrived at the venue in what some fans thought was a… Reputation-coded outfit consisting of a black jacket, matching pants and oversized sunglasses. (Swift’s 2017 album is known to feature darker colors.)

This marks the seventh time Swift has attended one of Kelce’s games since the two were first linked over the summer. Swift made her NFL debut in September when the Chiefs faced the Chicago Bears.

The Grammy Award winner later revealed that their relationship began before her first public appearance. In July, Kelce failed to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it while he was with her Eras tour in Kansas City – which he later shared with him and his brother Jason Kelce‘New Heights’ podcast.

“[Our relationship] it all started when Travis adorably confused me on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” Swift shared in her TIME Person of the Year profile released earlier this month. “We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for because we got to know each other.”

Since going public, Kelce has been spotted supporting Swift’s Eras Tour in Argentina, where she famously changed the lyrics to her hit song “Karma” to reference her new boyfriend. Instead of singing the original lyrics, “Karma is the man on the screen,” Swift sang “Karma is the man on the Chiefs.”

Kelce blushed at the lyric swap, according to footage shared by fans on social media, and initially said he “had no idea” what Swift was planning.

“Well, I might have had a little idea,” he said on a November episode of the “New Heights” podcast. “But definitely, when I heard it come out of her mouth, it still shocked me. I thought, ‘Oh… she really just said that.'”
