'I never participate at all. It makes Tom laugh because he trusts me and I think he knows what football players are like. But I would be furious if the same thing happened to Tom, and I would go crazy asking why they messaged him. But he doesn't really care.'

She admitted: 'Footballers behave terribly and I don't excuse them in this. I'm a girly girl and I hate the way they talk about women. But women should have more self-respect and not just accept it…

Her latest shocking revelations come after Nicola recalled her experience of lying about her weight to obtain dangerous weight loss jabs online in a bid to shed the pounds.

The TV personality, who has struggled with bulimia since childhood, said in a new interview that the controversial 'skinny shots' left her feeling 'extremely ill' and suffering from severe headaches.

Despite the jabs being initially marketed to help treat diabetes, a number of high-profile stars have turned to the appetite suppressant product to help with weight loss – including Nicola.

However, the former glamor model has since spoken out against the jabs which left her feeling 'so sick', with the star noting that she previously thought they were 'the answer to all my prayers'.

It wasn't until her worried footballer husband Tom Williams threw away the jabs that Nicola started to feel better and realized how bad they were for her.

Her latest shocking revelations come after Nicola recalled her experience of lying about her weight to obtain dangerous weight loss jabs online in a bid to shed the pounds.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: 'It made me so sick. It is advertised as if it will work wonders…

However, she quickly confirmed it was a 'big mistake' and that she would not recommend the jabs – which she started taking in 20201 – to anyone.

Nicola went on to reveal how she found the jabs through an advert on Instagram and after inquiring she was directed to an Instagram account claiming to be an online nurse promoting healthy weight loss.

She was then advised to claim she was 'two stone heavier' than she actually was in order to get the £250 jabs, and to provide her height, blood pressure and BMI, with Nicola claiming the jabs were 'so simple were to get. to get.

The beauty went on to reveal how she started taking the jab, called Saxenda, daily and told how she started feeling 'really sick'.

Describing her suffering, she said: 'I was violently ill, and Tom said, 'That's so strange for you,' because I have the strongest stomach you will ever know as a result of years of bulimia. Then I got a headache, but I brushed it off.'

She recalled also “brushing aside” her husband Tom's concerns, saying she was “in denial” because her weight loss was “more important” to her at the time – despite only being a size 10 at the time .
