Wipro’s Stephanie Trautman resigns as Chief Growth Officer | Everything you need to know

New Delhi: Stephanie Trautman, Wipro’s Chief Growth Officer, has resigned. According to reports, Trautman will leave the company next month. “Stephanie Trautman will be relieved from the services of the company with effect from January 31, 2024,” Wipro announced in a filing with the regulator. To recall, Trautman joined Wipro almost three years ago from Accenture Plc in a high-profile appointment.

In the letter, Trautman expressed his appreciation for her three years. She cited a desire to pursue personal and professional goals outside Wipro as the reason for her resignation.

“I appreciate the opportunity Wipro has provided me over the past three years and am proud of the work we have done together to help transform the company,” Trautman’s resignation letter said.

It added: “However, at this point in my life, I would like to pursue my personal and professional goals outside of Wipro. Accordingly, I am submitting my resignation and my last working day will be January 31, 2024.”

Also included in the filing was a copy of the resignation letter dated December 8, submitted by Stephanie Trautman.

“By embedding this function within the SMUs, we can build on the processes and approaches developed by the CGO and bring this experienced team closer to customers and sales teams on the ground,” he said. “This integrated approach will help us identify new growth opportunities, improve our speed to market and deal win rate.”
