A woman and two children have been rushed to hospital after allegedly being poisoned at home.

The 38-year-old woman and two children, nine and thirteen, were discovered at an address in Uckfield, East SussexThursday after the horror.

Emergency services rushed to Hunters Way before the three were taken to hospital, where they remain today.

It is clear that they are all in a stable condition.

The police have since a woman arrested on suspicion of administering a harmful substance/poison to cause injury.

Sussex Police said the incident is being treated as an isolated incident.

A police spokesperson said: “We are not seeking anyone else in connection with this investigation.
