Woman who seduced girl into sex by pretending to be boy apologized to her victim in a series of text messages

A woman accused of tricking a teenage girl into having sex by posing as a boy named George apologized after being confronted about her true identity.

Georgia Bilham, 21, told the alleged victim she made “a stupid mistake” and “wanted to end it,” but “didn’t know how,” jurors were told.

Asking her not to “move on,” she wrote, “I just got in too deep and didn’t know what to do.” She claimed it was “pointless” and that it was “no use to her.”

Bilham is accused of cheating on the nearsighted girl by taking off her glasses, keeping her own clothes on and hiding her long, blonde hair under her hood during their sexual encounters.

The girl reportedly only found out the truth after introducing “George” to her mother, who, according to the prosecution, had not been fooled by her appearance, and as a result began investigating “his” real identity on social media. media.

Anna Pope, prosecutor, opened her trial at Chester Crown Court this week and said the prosecutor did not fully consent to sexual activity because she believed “George” was really a man. Whether Bilham was “attracted” to the alleged victim “or if she somehow became aroused by making another woman believe she was communicating both verbally and physically with a man is not known,” she added .

The alleged victim, who was in her late teens at the time, told the jury yesterday that although she had never seen “George’s” penis, she felt what she described as “a willy-like figure” against her leg on two occasions.

Describing the second time it allegedly happened, she said, “I thought we were about to have sex — this was the night.”

But Bilham denies ever doing anything for the purpose of ‘imitating a penis’, Chester Crown Court has learned.

Bilham, from Alpraham, Cheshire, is charged with nine counts of assault and eight counts of penetrative assault, all of which she denies.

Today jurors were read messages sent after the girl confronted Bilham about the alleged cheating in August 2021.

In the first report, the prosecutor – whose identity is protected by law – told Bilham that it “made me sick” when she found out she was posing as “George”, adding that she had to be “sectioned divided’.

In response, Bilham is said to have written: ‘I never intended it to come to this.

‘I’m so sorry about everything. It never was me and it shouldn’t have happened.’

She insisted she “didn’t get anything out of it,” adding, “I don’t know what I was thinking to be honest.

“I wanted to end it, I just didn’t know how. I knew I shouldn’t have let it get this far, I’m so sorry.’

Bilham added: ‘I don’t even dress like a boy, it just took over my life.

“It was a stupid, stupid, stupid mistake that shouldn’t have happened.

“I know it was wrong of me, but please don’t go into it.

“I just got in too deep and didn’t know what to do.

“I should have apologized sooner and I don’t want to make things worse or nothing.

“It was never meant to happen, I’m more than sorry.”

Bilham allegedly set up a fake Snapchat profile under the name ‘George Parry’ and began messaging the alleged victim online when she was still at school.

In 2021, they proceeded to meet for sexual activity in “George’s” car, with Bilham removing the extremely nearsighted girl’s glasses, leaving her “essentially blind,” the court heard.

“George” told her he was too scared to take off his top or even pull down the hood because he worked for an Albanian criminal gang.

He also said he was self-conscious because of a stabbing scar, the prosecutor said.

In May 2021, they were involved in a car accident and the girl overheard ‘George’ admit to the police that his name was really Georgia.

But Bilham managed to convince the girl it was a false identity given to her by the gangsters, the court heard.

Later, the alleged victim found a bank card with the name “Georgia Bilham,” the jurors were told, but instead suspecting the truth, she instead accused him of seeing someone named Georgia Bilham.

The pair began sleeping together at her house, with ‘George’ insisting on keeping his hood up at all times.

But as “George” regularly performed sexual acts on her, he started shaking until she stopped, when she tried to lower “his” Calvin Klein boxers.

Today, the jury heard from the police officers who spoke to the couple following the car accident in the early hours of May 11, 2021.

One, PC David Fallows, recalled how Bilham had a hood over her head and what looked like a scarf covering the lower part of her face.

He said the alleged victim told him she knew the driver as “George” and they had messaged online.

The officer confirmed that he had told her that the person she knew as “George” was actually a woman.

After Bilham’s father came to pick her up, the officers took the girl home.

When asked if she said anything during the trip, PC Fallows said, “She felt sick.

“She believed it was a man she had spoken to and that they would have no further contact.”

The officer described her as “upset,” “crying,” and “bent forward in a fetal position.”

Bilham’s lawyer, Martine Snowdon, said her client denied wearing a scarf over her face.

“As for you, you certainly know [the girl] knew George was a woman?’ asked Mrs. Snowdon.

“Yes,” replied PC Fallows.

Prosecutor Anna Pope told jurors Monday that while the alleged victim consented to sexual activity with “George,” it was “clear that she did not consent to sexual activity with a woman.”

Bilham allegedly deleted the Snapchat account under George’s name after the teen said she discovered her real identity in August 2021.
