DJ Zedd bought $18.4 million for a house in the Encino, California neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The musician, who is best known for the songs Clarity and The Middle, bought an 18,000 square meter house on a plot of 40,075 square meters.
The 34-year-old artist’s purchase of the mega-mansion for $18.4 million was the most expensive sale in Encino in 2023, according to the newspaper. TMZ.
The main home has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and a half bath; the guest house has one bedroom and one bathroom.

The mansion was designed by Jae Omar and built by JVE Development; Jae nicknamed the property Odin; Eran Gispan was the main architect of the house.
In September, Jae told the New York Post why the property is called Odin: “The symbol of Odin, and all it represents as the Norse God of strength and wisdom, underlies the materials and methods found throughout.”
He said the house features “gnarled oak, rustic stone and aromatic cedar” — all to represent the “Scandinavian region and its history,” according to the outlet.
There are “meditative” water features, “stone fireplaces, floating stairs, sloping wooden partitions” — which he said are the “core elements,” according to the New York Post.

He had sold his Beverly Hills home earlier this year for $18.5 million after originally putting it on the market for $23 million.
Zedd also purchased another Jae-designed home in the Encino area, which was previously owned by Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner.
Zedd, born Anton Zaslavski, bought the house in the fall of 2021 for $15.2 million.
It has 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, three half bathrooms and a similar design to his newly purchased home.
Zedd. born in Saratov, Soviet Russia, grew up in Dansenberg, Kaiserslautern, Germany.
He started his music career in 2010, when he won two Beatport remix competitions.
His remix of Lady Gaga’s song Born This Way appears on his 2011 album Born This Way.
Zedd released his first single Shave It Up in 2011 on the Owsla record label; he signed with record label Interscope Records in 2012.
His debut single from Interscope was released – called Spectrum; His debut album Clarity was also released.
