This last event from Munich – it is moving to Vienna next year – is really exciting and some manufacturers already teased what they will show next week. Here are five teasers from Hi-Fi Heaven who are worth looking out.
High End Munich 2025 Show: 5 debut to expect
1. A “groundbreaking” chord electronics “showstopper”
The British High-End Pro Audio Church Agreement Electronics describes its Ultima reference range from Pre-Ambals and Power amplifiers as “our absolute highlight of audio engineering”, and it teases a “groundbreaking” new product that will be a “showstopper” in high-end München.
So what is it? It is absolutely analogue, it will be a flagship product, and it is apparently also state-of-the-art. That is all we know so far, but it will be revealed by company founder John Franks, and we will see it on the first day of the event, May 15.
2. Meze Audio 105 Silva -Headphones
Meze Audio make sum Beautiful and unusual headphonesAnd the new 105 Silva Promise “Exquisite Design” and “The next big step forward for audio innovation”.
The new headphones have 50 mm dynamic drivers with cellulose-composite umbrella organizations and with titanium covered surrounds, and Meze says that the sound signature “is a new view of the iconic characteristics of Meze Audio, including the technical details of 109 Pro combined with the heat and genre insertia of most of the time” “”
They are probably somewhat more expensive than the more consumer-oriented, open-back and wired 105 AER Looks ($ 399 / £ 369 / au $ 799 per pair) that we have recently seen, but we are still intrigued.
3. A new flagship cartridge from Nagaoka
Nagaoka makes the highly regarded MP-200 cartridge as well as the MP-110 Fluance RT85N Picture table.
For the High End Munich 2025 show it will reveal its new flagship, the MP-700, which apparently “will supply more and more refined and accurate sound reproduction, making listeners closer to the original performance.”
Of course it will not be a bargain, with the price that is expected to be $ 1,399 / £ 1,149 (around AU $ 2,400) when it will be available later this month. But it certainly looks a suitable way for the company to celebrate its 85th birthday.

IFI Audio promises to “two travel Audio Essentials launch-Zowel for during the flight and in the car sound”.
We are enthusiastic about that, because we really judge IFIs DACs: our most recent IFI review, about the flagship Valkyrie DACLyrical about his “stunningly complete sound”. However, it is not exactly portable, so we are all ears when it comes to these new products.
5. Qobuz Connect
Qobuz, what perhaps the Best platform for music streaming for Hi-res audio, Has a press conference on Thursday 15 May. Could this finally be the official launch of the long -awaited Qobuz Connect?
The function is similar to Spotify Connect, because you can control your Qobuz view remotely on compatible hardware. It has been in Bèta for a while and started to appear for non-beta app users earlier this week, so that the high-end Munich 2025 would show a good place for a greater unveiling.
An official launch would probably coincide with more manufacturers who announce support and release the right firmware updates.
