First look in the world’s largest nightclub in Ibiza – from ‘mini -club’ toilets to dome terrace

The world’s largest nightclub will be opened this summer in Ibiza – with capacity for 15,000 club visitors.
That is the population of Llandudno in Wales, and about 2,000 more than the coastal town of Whitby, in Yorkshire.
And the first photos of the completed club, Unvrs, pronounced as ‘universe’, have now been revealed.
From the outside, UNVRs – with floor space of 6,500 square meters (69,940 m²) – embraces the timeless aesthetics of a traditional Ibizan Finca, with whitewashed walls, natural stone textures and earthly materials, all deliberately chosen to root the vein in the island in the island.
“But once inside, the space reveals itself as something else,” says a spokesperson for Unvrs.
They add: ‘The location combines the indoor and outdoor zones seamlessly and encourages movement over terraces, mirrored corridors and layered floors, each revealing its own sensory universe.
‘Every room is different – with architectural references from brutalism, retro -futurism and contemporary art deco.
‘Every surface, material and line is carefully manufactured – not only to look extraordinary, but to immerse every guest in something that they have never experienced before.
“Every detail has been carefully considered, from the concrete and the steel to the furniture and plant life.”

UNVRS is ‘specially built to support large-scale production installations’ so that the location can transform night after night.
The spokesperson adds: “The modular architecture of the location will organize large-scale picturesque shifts and mind-expanding productions developed in collaboration with world-famous showmakers High Scream-Die some of the most iconic stages in the world, which brings each performance to the next level.”
UNVRs also have a VIP area outside, and an informal dining area, as well as a toilet that doubles as a mini club, known as the wild comet -and one of the most unforgettable rooms in the location ‘.
A spokesperson says: “A DJ stand is in the middle of the room, surrounded by noise reactive lighting and walls treated with the same acoustic attention to detail as the main room.”
The UNVRS building was the home of the privilege in the 1970s, the world’s largest club at that time, before it changed to the KU-Club in the 1980s, known for its hedonistic open-air parties that welcomed Grace Jones (a frequent guest), Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet.

He played in a social media campaign where the men in Black Star claimed to have witnessed one UFO Observation and felt ‘obliged to investigate’, appear on the roof of the club above his distinctive dome with club owner Yann Pissenem.
Known for managing the iconic locations Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza, Yan Pissenem, CEO of the Night League – the group behind the renovation of Unvrs – told Billboard: ‘Hyperclub is the next evolution in global nightlife. Unvrs opens on 30 May 2025 and organizes some of the biggest names in dance music in the summer, including David Guetta, Carl Cox and Eric Prydz.
