I spent £ 7,000 on a mummy make -but it is the biggest mistake I have ever made -I wish I was still fat

A mother-of-two who has eliminated almost £ 7,000 to have a belly in Turkey has admitted that she has made a ‘big mistake’ and now longs for the days that she was ‘fat’.

Chantelle Woolston, from Southampton, had hoped that a ‘mummy makeover’ would be the answer to her excess skin after losing almost half of her body weight with a stomach shell.

Five years ago, Chantelle flew to Istanbul, Turkey, to have a stomach shelter surgery and he was happy with the results after it helped her fall from the 15th and a size 18 to 8th pounds and a slender size eight.

Although it was happy with the weight she lost, Chantelle discovered that she is left with ‘surplus skin’ and so after investigating surgical options it decided to go online to Turkey for another procedure that it would cut off.

There the manager worker came across a surgeon in Izmir, Turkey, who offered her a lag lift at an all -inclusive price of £ 6,000.

A hopeful Chantelle then booked in and headed for the procedure in February earlier this year.

However, when she came from the anesthetic post -on, she immediately knew that she had made a ‘big mistake’.

Two months after her operation and Chantelle is unable to stretch her skin out of fear that she ‘will tear in two’, and said she had collected the skin and her stomach is just as ‘hard as a block’.

“I had built it up and I was so excited to go. I couldn’t wait to see the results, “she said.

But she said that she is now extremely ‘regrets’ of her decision to select the specific clinic and ‘100 percent’ wished she had avoided it.

‘I regret going with this clinic. I wish I had investigated more.

“Now I have to tell people that I am devastated how my body is,” she said, even admitted that she preferred the way she looked before the operations.

“I looked better with the fat.

“I should have known at the deal that it was too good to be true.”

After having had her stomach shell surgery in September 2020, Chantelle said she was disappointed by what she saw in the mirror.

The mother struggled with excess skin due to weight loss. She said: ‘I looked in the mirror and seeing hanging breasts and rolls of fat.

“I didn’t feel attractive. I wanted to look good. ‘

Chantelle wanted to do something for herself and decided to view an operation abroad and hoped she would be lucky the first time after her success.

She chose to view another operation because the doctors had left the first clinic.

“I plagued the internet for places to go,” she said. ‘I didn’t see any negative on this Facebook group.

‘It was just so positive and they sent me photos of beautiful women. I thought “damn hell, can I have that body?” ‘

Only after she paid her down payment did Chantelle be noticed some negative comments, but she still flew with her husband, Marc, 50, a maintenance employee in February.

But Chantelle felt uncomfortable and said that she felt ‘rushed’ to sign the paperwork to get her into the operation.

She said: ‘It was a case that you have to get along. It is like a conveyor belt.

‘When I came around, I was in a mess – I froze cold. I thought: ‘I made a big mistake.

Chantelle stayed in Turkey for a week before he flew home. She was initially enthusiastic about seeing the results, but two months outside she feels unhappy with her healing journey.

Chantelle said: ‘I am now able to lie in bed on my side and when I go to bed, I have the feeling that I am going to tear in two.

‘I can’t open my garage to park my car – I can’t stretch. I have a skin that looks like dog ear above my pubic bone. It’s like a zipper.

‘I have sewn a skin flaps and three rolls of skin – it has just been sewn and collected.

‘My stomach is difficult as a block. My body is completely healed, but my breasts are all crispy. I feel hollow in some places. ‘

Chantelle said she had contact with the clinic and they told her to ‘trust the process’ and ‘practice’.

She said: ‘My scars is there – it’s like a route map. I asked for a flat stomach, not for three rolls. ‘

Chantelle was told that healing can take three to six months, but she doesn’t feel that her results will change.

She now wants to warn other women before making the same mistake she made.

She warned others who are considering an operation to always ‘trust your feelings’.
