Warner Hotels was criticized by customers after the brand has introduced new costs for activities that used to be free.

Despite the negative assessments, Warner Hotels still has a four -star assessment in general on Trustpilot.
Warner Hotels told MailOnline Travel that the costs came into place on April 4 and added that other activities remain free.
