The court heard yesterday that Patterterson left the hospital within a few minutes after he told the doctors that the killer suspected the mushroom poisoning after the treatment of her lunch guests.

“We wanted to ensure that she received the care she needed,” said Dr. Foot.

Dr. Foot agreed with a suggestion from Mr Mandy that when Patterson returned, had a high heartbeat, which was a symptom of ‘poisoning’.

She told the jury that she advised Patterson that she and her children should go to the Monash Medical Center in Melbourne.

“It is important to be mistaken on the side of caution,” said Dr. Foot.

She said that she has discussed a ‘liver transplant’ with Patterterson may be needed for her and her children.

‘About the liver transplants, she asked:’ Would that be the case for everyone? ‘,’ Asked Mr Mandy.

Dr. Foot said she could not remember Patterson asked about liver transplants, but agreed that she asked about the health of the other lunch guests and how they deal with.

Dr. Foot said she could not reveal confidential information if she was even aware of their health situation.
