A Current Affair’s Tracy Grimshaw shares shock confession that she’s a ‘binge drinker’ as she vows to overhaul her lifestyle

Tracy Grimshaw has made a shocking confession about her bad habits, all thanks to her new show.

The former A Current Affair host explored her own health in her new series Do You Want To Live Forever? and admitted that she consumes more alcohol than she previously realized.

Appearing on her old venue A Current Affair on Friday, the television host admitted: ‘I think I’ve discovered I’m a binge drinker.

‘In recent years I thought that maybe I only really drank one or two days a week, that’s not that much. My liver will rest for five days,” she continued.

‘But that’s actually not good enough, because if you go out on the street on a Saturday evening, you are actually a binge drinker, not a moderate drinker.
