Abbie Chatfield has revealed she is now ambassador for the Northern Territory.

The Masked Singer judge, 28, revealed in a Sunday Instagram post that she is the ‘Chief Sensory Officer for Summer in the Northern Territory’.

The Bachelor alum then shared a slew of photos from her visit to the top.

In it, Abbie posed in NT locations such as Ellery Creek Big Hole near Alice Springs and Kakadu National Park.

Other photos showed the TV star and podcaster on the sunset cruise in Darwin Harbour, Sandy Creek in Litchfield and in the city of Darwin.

The name of her role is clearly ironic, it is simply just an ambassadorial role for the area.

“In my new role I will help you connect with your senses and experience how summer in the NT can be spent differently,” Abbie wrote.

Abbie also admitted that she was working on an AI feature called ChatNT, where fans can chat with her about ‘all things summer’ in the NT.

‘I can’t wait to show you all the antics I’ve tried. Here’s a taste. Prepare for endless NT content for you all to envy,” she finished.

Fans seemed pleased with Abbie’s new role, with several of them praising the podcaster.

“I already love it, you don’t need to convince me,” one fan wrote.

“It’s so great to see you doing things that reflect your growth,” another added.

“Ellery Big Hole is one of my favorite places on earth,” wrote yet another.

The new gig comes after Abbie admitted in July that she was struggling with ‘workaholism’, which led her to a luxury health retreat in Thailand.

“I’m absolutely exhausted and burned out at the beginning of this year for a number of reasons,” she said at the time.

“But I’ve been here about five days now and I think I’ve realized that my priorities need to shift a little bit. To be honest, I’ve taken on so many jobs and roles.”

She continued, “I’m trying to figure out what I want to do and what I don’t want to do and I’m trying not to force myself to work much harder than I have to.”

Abbie also opened up about her work-related health problems in an interview in September, claiming she was ‘paralyzed’ by stress.

“I had so much to do… I’m not going to lie, I came back at the beginning of this year and it was worse than the end of last year and I really couldn’t cope,” she told Perth Now.

“I don’t want to say I was catatonic, but I couldn’t talk for about half an hour one day, I was so paralyzed with stress.”

Abbie has ditched multiple gigs, including a publishing deal with Affirm Press, hosting the R&B Fridayz Live tour and her Hot Nights radio show.

Despite quitting several gigs, Abbie still has a lot on her plate.

Abbie was also named Podcast Host of the Year at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs), and she thanked the “amazing team” at LiSTNR for the win.
