Ali Manno shares video of her pool, hot tub and outdoor toilet freezing during a cold snap: 'There's no point in worrying'

Ali Manno shared a video of her pool and hot tub in typically temperate Nashville, which was freezing during a recent and very rare cold snap.

The 39-year-old Bachelor Nation alum (born Alexandra Elaine Fedotowsky) shared a video of her pool, hot tub and outdoor toilet freezing over.

Manno revealed in a series of Instagram story videos on Tuesday that her pipes were frozen before showing off her outdoor pool as completely solid.

The National Weather Service in Nashville revealed that the Music City dropped below zero early Wednesday morning for the second time since 1996.

On Tuesday evening, she revealed for the first time on her Instagram Story that her home's pipes had frozen.

Manno revealed in a series of Instagram story videos on Tuesday that her pipes were frozen before showing off that her outdoor pool was completely solid

“Well, our pipes are frozen. What? Like how? We're like… I honestly think we had four or five faucets dripping.

She also shared an image of the Nashville forecast, which showed it was negative 2 degrees on Wednesday, but would be back to 62 degrees next Thursday.

'My goodness, this weather. From -2 to 62 in eight days. But really grateful that there will be a warm-up,” she captioned the post.

Manno then shared a video of her outside her home, writing: 'Call me plumber Ali! I've got the heat working! Or the hot water,” with a wooden lid over her pipes.

“And for those asking, yes, not only are our pipes insulated on the outside, but we built one of those things around it to help insulate it further since this happened last year. I'll show you the pool. The pool is a doozy.”

The following Instagram Story video showed her completely frozen pool, with the caption: 'There's no point in worrying about things you can't change. At this point we have to wait for temperatures to rise again. So I'm going to do everything I can to put this out of my mind today.'

“So here's the pool,” she said, adding that she got the hot water going “by holding a hairdryer to it for an hour.”

She brought a gloved hand to the pool and tapped the frozen water, revealing that it was “rock hard ice, and that's not what it's supposed to be.”

She lowered a gloved hand to the pool and tapped the frozen water, revealing that it was “rock hard ice, and that's not what it's supposed to be.”

She captioned the post: “Problem number 4 that I didn't expect. It just makes me laugh right now. (This is our pool bathroom – not a heated room. Have a space heater there now'

Manno added that the freeze protection didn't work well, so we'll see. I'll just go to the sauna and relax because there's nothing I can do about this.'

A few hours later, she shared another Instagram Story video revealing, “We have work heat, that means problem two out of three is now solved. The only problem left is the pool and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it, so I'm not going to worry about it and I'm going to let it go and enjoy my day.”

She added in the caption, “I truly believe that stress and worry are one of the absolute worst things for your health. So my greatest 'work' in life right now is to LIVE by the motto: “Don't worry, be happy.” But let's be realistic here. If we end up having to dig up the backyard, I'll probably lose it.'

Just a few hours later, she reported yet another problem that she didn't plan for: her outdoor toilet also froze over.

She captioned the post: “Problem number 4 that I didn't expect. It just makes me laugh right now. (This is our pool bathroom – not a heated area. Get a space heater in there now.”

Showing a video of ice in her outdoor toilet, she added: “Here we are in our outdoor bathroom. Did I mention how cool this is?' she said laughing.
