AN Amazon Fire TV Stick user has taken to Reddit to reveal a mysterious problem he’s experiencing with the Netflix app.

“So the main menu has things like the Netflix suggestions row, and I clicked it wrong for YouTube.

“Because I had to open the app to close it, I was waiting for the ‘Sign in to your Netflix account’ screen when…” the user began.

It didn’t happen! It shot me straight to whatever random show the menu suggested [again a misclick] I pull back and realize it picked up someone else’s bill…?

“I got the firestick from a friend of mine and quickly asked him if it happened to be his Netflix account.

‘He replied that it was not. So… that leaves me with: Neighbors? Does this normally happen?’ the confused user wrote.

Other Fire TV Stick owners were quick to respond in the comments, confirming that this was not normal.

“It’s definitely not your neighbor’s account. You may need to get some clarification from your friend, someone who had access to the device and put their Netflix data into the Netflix app.

“It can’t just pick up a random account out of nowhere,” reads one popular answer.
