Avery Sehorn, the daughter of actress and former NFL star Jason Sehorn, was arrested just a few days after her high school graduation and charged with theft and burglary.

However, after Sehorn was apprehended by police, she was released after making a “written promise” to appear at her next hearing on June 28 at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse in lieu of bond.

As a result, the 18-year-old, who was arrested after allegedly breaking into a North Carolina nightclub to steal more than $500 alcoholwas released from jail without having to post bail.

There were no other clear conditions for her release.

According to court documents seen by DailyMail.com, Sehorn’s release was “authorized following the execution of” [her] written promise to appear in court.

The unusual written promise was made to Judge Teresa Stokes at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse.

The documents also show that Sehorn “will be required to provide fingerprints.” Her court date is set for June 28.

It also appears that the “electronic arrest warrants” assigned to her and the teen have been revoked.

The 18-year-old is said to have sneaked into the nightclub through the back door with two 17-year-old boys, before hiding behind the bar and drinking the drink.

Sehorn’s arrest came just days after Harmon overwhelmed her daughter at a graduation post, where she talked about how she was “tremendously proud” and urged Avery to “leave every place better than you found it.”

In an earlier post, Harmon expressed her shock that Sehorn was about to start her senior year of high school.

“How are you doing as a SENIOR?…I only have 8 months, 38 weeks, 265 days, 6,347 minutes and 381,740 seconds before you are released into the world.”

The arrest, first reported by WCCB Charlottecame outside the World Night Club in Charlotte.

An owner of the club told the outlet that the trio stole six bottles of liquor from his club and fled the scene after being caught by his cleaning staff.

Police arrested the teens shortly after their escape and the club owner said he was monitoring the incident but has no plans to release it.
