Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Joseph Baena remains a chip off the old iron block and shows off his chiseled physique.

The 26-year-old bodybuilder — the son of Arnold, 76, and his former housekeeper Patty Baena — took to Instagram on Tuesday, showing him flexing shirtless at the gym.

The new video comes just weeks after his famous father was spotted in his native Austria at the Kitz Race Party.

Baena shared in his caption, “Everything becomes different with the right lighting,” with the post receiving over 5,000 likes as the video played to Grimes' Genesis.

The shirtless real estate agent was spotted flexing at the gym and posing for the camera, even showing off his impressive six-pack.

The video also featured him doing a number of different workouts, while he also confirmed to a fan in the comments that he currently weighs 195 pounds.

The muscular bodybuilder's gym video comes just days after he appeared on TV Overcoming Pocastwhere he opened up about adulthood.

“People are not willing to be open to change and new ideas, and that's really painful because that gives a huge sense of maturity to people,” Baena said.

He added: “Because the people who are willing to express their point of view, listen to the opposing point of view and then can think openly and honestly decide what is right and wrong is the way to go about this.”

“Not everyone is right about everything, and I think the most important thing is that people always think they are right,” he said.

While Baena started working as a real estate agent in 2022 (he sold his first house that year), he is still trying to build an acting career.

However, unlike his father, who made a name for himself with some of Hollywood's biggest blockbuster hits like The Terminator, Baena is more interested in indie films.

“I find the indie films a little more interesting than the big box office style films,” Baena admitted.

When asked why he thought that way, he said, “The story has no agenda, it just tells a good story.”

“It just tells a cool story that this artist, aka director or writer, wanted to tell,” he added.

When asked if he thinks there are people in Hollywood who are “involving conspiracies” so they can “intervene” in certain messages, Baena agreed.

“It's just implementing what's popular in pop culture and if there's a trend, if there's a fad or if there's a social justice message that's really popular right now, I think that's reflected in the film as well is implemented so that it feels more inclusive. ' said Joseph.
