President Joe Biden sparked concern Monday night when he appeared to freeze for the better part of a minute during a lively Juneteenth celebration at the White House.
At the event leading up to next week’s National Day, the Commander-in-Chief appeared to short-circuit while the rest of the crowd, including Vice President Kamala Harris and second lord Doug Emhoffdanced along to the lively band.
Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floydflanked Biden to his left and eventually noticed the unsettling pause he was taking and put his arm around him in an apparent attempt to help.
