Blindspot cast: who stars alongside Ross Kemp in the Channel 5 series?
Ross Kemp stars in a must-see Channel 5 thriller, returning to acting after seven years.
The EastEnders alum plays uncaring police officer Tony Warden, who is at the forefront of an investigation in the series.
The highly anticipated series will air this week right after Bake Off: The Professionals.
The story follows Hannah Quinn, Beth Alsbury, a disabled woman who turns to the police about a missing woman after viewing some disturbing CCTV footage.

Who stars in the new Channel 5 series, Blindspot?
Ross Kemp-Tony Warden
Ross Kemp is about to return to acting after focusing on making hard-hitting documentaries for the past few years.
Born in Sheffield, Kemp wanted to be an actor since childhood and rose to fame as Grant Mitchell in EastEnders.
Now he stars as Tony Warden in Blindspot, an apathetic police officer in charge of a missing persons investigation.
Speaking to Radio Times about what drew him to the series, he said: “The script, it was the story – I thought it was smart, in terms of what the story is about, about people being watched and how people interpret that they are viewed. .’
Speaking about how the main character, Hannah, is disabled, he mentioned the BAFTA winning director’s own disability, he said: ‘Jordan Hogg has cerebral palsy, and Beth’s in a wheelchair… I thought it would work really well, without ramming it down your throat.
“I just liked it from a point of view that it was about empowering someone in a chair.”
Ross Kemp returns as Tony Warden in the upcoming series, the actor who rose to fame in 1995 for his long-running role in Eastenders.
Beth Alsbury – Hannah Quinn
Newcomer Beth Alsbury will star in the new series. It follows Hannah Quinn, a disabled woman who monitors the CCTV on a gritty estate and sees a known criminal lead a young woman into a blind spot in the CCTV coverage.
After the woman disappears into thin air, Hannah is convinced she was murdered and seeks the help of the police to find the woman.

Crystal Clarke – Amber Bradfield
Crystal Clarke is an American actress, best known for her roles as Tina Argyll in Ordeal by Innocence and Georgiana Lambe in the ITV and PBS adaptation of the Jane Austen novel.
She graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2014, having moved from America to pursue her acting dreams.
She has since starred in two Star Wars movies, The Last Jedi and The Force Awakens, and the historical drama series Sanditon.
She also appeared in the 2019 Black Mirror episode Smithereens and the Channel 5 movie Agatha And The Curse Of Ishtar.
Not much is known about what her new role will be, but it comes after an already impressive screen career for Crystal.

Sue Vincent Dolly
Sue Vincent is a British actress and writer, her first television role was as Anne Bevitt in Casualty.
The 55-year-old is best known for her roles in comedy series such as Shameless, Mount Pleasant and Bad Move.
She’s even mentioned in one episode of the new Disney+ miniseries, The Full Monty.

Kiran Landa – Geri
Kiran Landa is best known for playing Marrium Nazir in Coronation Street between December 2021 and January 2022.
She briefly returned to her role as Zeedan Nazir’s estranged wife in February 2023.
She also starred in other British soap operas such as Doctors and Hollyoaks and was even credited in the popular BBC police drama Line of Duty.

Lewis Conway – Simon Wardle
Lewis Conway, another newcomer, joins the cast as Simon – Hannah’s concerned colleague.
He worries for his friend’s well-being as she becomes embroiled in the investigation.
Lewis hasn’t had much screen time, appearing in a single episode of Doctors.

Haylie Jones – Zoe Manson
Zoe is the young woman at the center of the investigation, who had the mysterious encounter with the dangerous criminal.

The first episode of Blindspot will air on Channel 5 on Tuesday 4th July at 9pm with the other three episodes to follow, airing simultaneously over the next three nights.
